Dirty bathroom, misleading description on website
Pros:

We booked a family room to which is written in the website that there are 2 separate bedrooms and connecting door. There was no mention of only one bathroom(and one toilet) for 5 people! Beware of misleading website. We would not have stayed here had we known there was only one bathroom for 5 of us. They just shrugged their shoulders when we complained. Not exactly a luxury hotel is it if 5 people have to queue for the toilet??

Upon arrival quite late at night, the bathroom was also so dirty with a clump of light brown hair (we all have black hair) and strands of hairs everywhere. We have 2 young children. We tried to complain and after a long discussion they 'let' us use the next door bathroom for a night.

It is very very troublesome with our family of 5 to keep going next door transferring toiletries and clothes and children. Very stressful and such a poor experience. Travellers should be aware that this hotel has terrible customer service when things go wrong. We thought this would be a relaxing stay.

We are still here and tried to complain this morning again but reception just shrugged their shoulders again. Very infuriating!
