We needed a place to sleep for the night and that was about all we got. Not worth the $ we paid
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Location was good
Bathrooms were spacious

Cons:

The landscape was full of weeds.
The toilet had pee on the bottom of it.
The covers had hair on them.
The fire alarms went off multiple times. Woke us up. There seemed to be a lack of staff and evacuation plan. didn't see any searchers, ensuring the rooms were cleared out, or door holders or someone directing people outside and where to go. Do direction to safe zones.
Lack of staff in general

The room was very clean and the staff was freindly.
Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast. It looked to be minimal. The coffee was lukewarm.

Cons:

The hotel sits close to a railroad track with trains running frequently and train horns sounding very loudly. Bedding was minimal on the beds with only a light blanket and top sheet. No coffee pot in room.

The pool wasnt open, I paid 196 for one night and it didnt have a pool or ice machine. Very disappointed.

The stay was inconvenient and lousy. I will not return ever

The location was great. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants

Cons:

I had NO hot water. I came up for work so I spent all day outside working to return to the hotel and find there was no way for me to relax and take a hot shower. It wasn’t even a little warm. It was freezing cold and yellow, nasty water. I called the front desk at 11pm when I got back to my room after work and they told me the hot water heater was broken and there was nothing they could do. So I had to go to bed dirty and nasty and it wasn’t even fixed the next morning. I requested money back for my stay and they refused. I had planned to stay 2 nights but booked out of there as soon as I could so I could find another place that had hot water for me

Avoid this hotel. Read other reviews about bad experiences.
Cons:

Made reservations at this hotel. Drove 4 hours there for a wedding. Upon arrival was told there was no hot water, it had been out since the previous day and had no idea when it would be resolved. Inquired as to why I didn’t get a phone call and manager just blew it off. I asked if it would be possible to just use a room for an hour to change for the wedding and manager was still going to charge full price. We left and later found out from family living in the same city as hotel, it’s very common for issues and they tell friends and family to avoid getting reservations there.

This facility needs ATTENTION!
Pros:

Location & large clean room. But did not have the amenities that were advertised!!! Need to update!!!

Cons:

Very Poor breakfast,poor TV
CHILD-SIZE toilet? No hot water, thin towels. Nice facility, but very poor maintenance!! Only one staff person on duty, who was very nice & tried to meet our needs.

Staff very nice and friendly. Very roomie

Cons:

Roaches was crawling all over. We spotted 5. The toilet wasn’t very clean. Wasn’t enough towels. Lot of stained on carpet. Ice machine broken. Pool was closed for remodeling. Very disappointed.

Quiet, almost deserted, but expect blaring freight trains all night.
Pros:

Hotel was perfectly clean, very nice lobby and property. Offset from the busy highway, very quiet with few other visitors. Visiting family in a nearby town, the location was perfect. The staff really went overboard helping my wife with her class of students back home; the wi-fi in the room wasn't very good, so they set her up in a really nice conference room.
Breakfast was good enough, very clean.
Price was great.

Cons:

Wife wasn't happy with the exercise equipment. Broken and missing parts. Staff seemed aware of the problem.
I know that hotels can't always satisfy every request, but when booking we asked for a quiet upstairs room on the back side. We were assigned a downstairs room on the front side. Wouldn't have been a problem, really, but the freight train passed several times each night right outside the window.
There's not much right around the conference center, so be prepared to drive into town for restaurants, drinks, etc.

Pros:

If cereal & toast is breakfast then good

Cons:

toilet sprung leak in the middle of 1st nite. They threw towels on floor. In am changed rooms. When checking out asked for a discount. Was told I would have to talk to manager. Still waiting to hear from him
