Somewhat difficult to get to the hotel, due to traffic (U-Turn).
The manager in the lobby that checked up in was very nice.
The hotel is nice/clean, breakfast adequate (not too many choices), room was extremely clean, bed comfortable, nice towels, plenty of hot water. Problem...elevator was out of service making it very difficult for handicap person to leave from the 3rd floor. I realize this occasionally happens, but sure made it difficult for my husband to get down 3 flights of stairs and for me to manhandle 2 large suitcases down as well. And I'm not as young as I used to be...
Breakfast was OK...fewer choices than we have found before.
Elevator out of service making it extremely difficult for handicap to leave from the third floor.

Great location outside of Busch gardens. Walking distance to Walmart. Clean, quiet comfortable rooms! Friendly helpful staff.
I would like to thank the entire staff for their efforts and assistance. Unfortunately, our stay began on a difficult note, as we had to be moved three times due to a strong mold odor in the rooms.
This situation raises serious health concerns, as mold exposure can pose risks to guests’ well-being. Additionally, maintaining safe and sanitary room conditions is a fundamental hospitality standard, and this issue may not be in alignment with those expectations. I strongly encourage management to address this matter as soon as possible to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.
