Pros:

Clean, modern, well kept, roomy.

Cons:

Hot tub area is only public space and opens late. Would be nice to have morning coffee with best view.

They need to communicate better about having to check in at a different location

Cons:

We arrived at the property to find there was no check in desk because this is a condo that rents like an Airbnb but nothing in the Booking.com site said anything about having to check in somewhere else. A resident let us in the parking garage because the confirmation code we got was not what was needed. Once in the garage we could not get out. I called the number listed which was supposed to be their help desk but it was just an automated message saying I had been chosen to win a medical alert pendant. Booking.com also tried to call the number but got the same message. We ended up finding security to help us out of the garage and they had no idea where we would check in. While trying to cancel the reservation without getting charged which was an hour ordeal we did find out that we were supposed to check at a different location but after standing out on the street dealing with this for almost 2 hours we didn’t want to stay.

We had a great time
Pros:

Great location. Good ski lockers. Nice kitchen. Loved the electronic/combination locks (can't lose your key :)!!). Nice windows including control over open/close for room temperature control.

Cons:

Parking garage spaces are very small considering many people (at least during ski season) are driving AWD/4WD (usually bigger) vehicles. More of a resort limitation - but it was inconvenient to have to drive past the northern back entrance and have to come all the way south to the main resort entrance when coming back from Fraser/Winter Park "downtown" area.

Great views from the deck

Cons:

During our stay we found some things to be not as clean as we would hope. The sheets had makeup on them, that made us not want to sleep in the bed. Also the shower did not look like it was cleaned properly.

Horrible experience on getting information!

Cons:

No one ever returned my questions on website. Booking.com had wrong number on information. No information on checking procedures. Late getting our room. Horrible communication by Fraser Crossing their phone number makes you listen to 3 commercials and then to get leave a message. Booking.com communication was equally poor and unacceptable. Fire pit didn’t work, management totally absent and unengaged.

Great customer service. Check in was easy and efficient. Wonderful communication. Rooms clean and nice and had everything you would need. No AC, but it's not always as hot as it's been. Opened windows and room had fans. Would stay here again and also recommend for families, couples. Anyone. Good location.

Pros:

Located near the base of Winterpark ski resort and only 3 miles from Fraser, where most restaurants and shopping are. Easy underground parking. Our studio condo room was decent, about the size of a nice hotel room. The condos are privately owned, I believe, and the owner of our room (4567) probably should have replaced the mattress 10 years ago! Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel room or rental. I sagged into it as if in a hammock.
