Important information:

The wellness center is open from 10:00 until 19:00 and is available for 3 hours per day, upon reservation. Guests aged 15 and under cannot access the wellness center.

Guests aged 13 and under cannot access the indoor pool. The indoor pool is heated from September to May.

Please note that extra beds are actually sofa beds.

On Saturdays, the restaurant should always be booked in advance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Mi aspetto di più da un 5 Stelle
Pros:

Bella struttura in riva al lago con accesso esclusivo con badge alla passeggiata sul watefront. Personale gentile e disponibile. Massaggio testa, viso, collo da 30 minuti ottimo, 2 ristoranti di lusso presenti in struttura di alto livello.

Cons:

Tante piccole cose da sistemare (mi aspetto di più da un 5 stelle, una miglior cura ai particolari),
spa discreta utilizzabile solo 3 ore al giorno e solo previa prenotazione, i 2 ristoranti presenti molto più lussuosi del Resort...non comodo al centro anche se Desenzano è molto vicino, spostamenti obbligati in macchina.
