The wellness center is open from 10:00 until 19:00 and is available for 3 hours per day, upon reservation. Guests aged 15 and under cannot access the wellness center.
Guests aged 13 and under cannot access the indoor pool. The indoor pool is heated from September to May.
Please note that extra beds are actually sofa beds.
On Saturdays, the restaurant should always be booked in advance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Beautiful hotel with lovely surroundings, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. The service was consistently very slow and not attentive enough, and the condition of our bathroom was below expectations. Considering the price and 5-star rating, we expected a much higher standard of service and attention to detail.

This is a lovely hotel. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is a wonderful hotel to choose. Spa is great. Food is very good. Both adults and children in our family enjoyed the holiday. Several restaurants just a short walk away. Views are stunning.
Only criticism was that a large party was held in the hotel one night where party attendees were making a huge amount of noise until 3.30am! My elderly parents didn’t get to sleep until after this time. Seemed really inappropriate for the small intimate nature of the hotel and the proximity of the suites to the main party area and DJ (literally 10 steps!) 2 attendees of the party were so drunk they were attempting to get into my parents room at 2.30am. Really unacceptable and no staff of the hotel seemed to take any action.
If there’s no parties on… it’s great! 👍🏼
We were on a organised holiday along with approx 60 people.
Sadly on our arrival 1st July was chaotic to say the least, the staff on reception were totally disorganized. It came across as if we were a group of people who turned up unexpectedly, wanting a load of rooms!
Unfortunately on our arrival the weather was really awful, which is out of their control, and due to this not many of the group wanted to wandered out for dinner. This lead to their restaurant and bar area being unable to cope with the influx of demand.
Also disappointed on arrival that knowing that a large group from england, which they knew about, were unable to show the england world cup football game. But told we could watch the USA game later that evening!!
Luckily there was another guest who was able to set up his laptop to the TV, but this was due to the guest and not the manager of the hotel.
It is a nice hotel but not sure there's a lot to do around this area, we had to get a taxi into the nearest town which was 45 euro's each way, we were not offered the shuttle bus presuming they still run one.
Our room 202 was very nice but found the 2 saloon doors into the dressing/bathroom would not close properly, and there was an issue with the pop up plug which would not hold water, luckily my partner sort of fixed it.
Breakfast good with a good selection, staff were very good. Pool area was nice however we decided to swim in the lake.

The location is wonderful, a comfortable and refined hotel in every way. Beautiful grounds which are well cared for, good allocation of sunbeds by pool and in gardens, well presented guest rooms with good amenities (tea, coffee, mini bar, bathroom products etc), fantastic breakfast, restaurant service superb. Efficient and friendly reception staff.
Everything amazing! Luxury and beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning view and amazing stuff. Also wanna notice the incredible breakfast with the lake view and lots of variety of quality food. Highly recommend! Unforgettable experience 👌🏼
A bit far from anything
Odličen zajtrk, udobna soba in postelja, predvsem pa izjemna lokacija neposredno ob jezeru. Vsaka soba ima svoj vrt.
V štirih letih bival že drugič, nimam niti ene pripombe.
Loved the facilities, room and pool were great
The staff (except for all the ladies at breakfast and the very nice gentleman at the bar with the great beard) came across as dismissive throughout our entire stay. We really did not appreciate the condescending attitude we experienced, and at times there was a complete lack of service.
For example, I went to the pool bar to order some drinks, but no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence for a good ten minutes. I eventually left without ordering anything.
Was it because we were younger than the average guests staying at the hotel? It’s the first time in my life that I’ve found myself wishing I looked older.
Disappointing in the sense of this hotel not being a luxury 5* resort as sold. It’s not a bad hotel, it’s just that it fell very short of expectations.
The pros: it’s got a spa and indoor pool (we didn’t use it), the restaurant staff are lovely and the food was pretty good, the pool area is nice as are the grounds and it’s right on the lake.
The cons: all other staff were moody and unhelpful (almost disinterested), the bar staff by the pool rarely came round to offer drinks, not enough beds by the pool, location is not great for restaurants if you don’t have a car, and rooms are basic.
If you are wanting 5* luxury look elsewhere. If you are happy to pay the price for a good 4* then this is fine.
The selection for breakfast was excellent. Great location.
The room was absolutely boiling, even with the aircon. We couldn’t have the curtains closed at night because the unit was on the wall under the window.
La struttura è sul lago, con una location perfetta, il servizio è ottimo.
Le camere , la mia dava sulla strada e si sentivano le auto e il traffico ledendo la qualità del sonno, l’aria condizionata non funziona bene ed è posizionata sotto la finestra con il limite che ne consegue chiudendo la tenda.
