Important information:

The wellness center is open from 10:00 until 19:00 and is available for 3 hours per day, upon reservation. Guests aged 15 and under cannot access the wellness center.

Guests aged 13 and under cannot access the indoor pool. The indoor pool is heated from September to May.

Please note that extra beds are actually sofa beds.

On Saturdays, the restaurant should always be booked in advance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lo staff è super disponibile e non è una gentilezza finta
Hanno pulito ben 2 volte in un giorno la stanza (non l’ho visto in nessun hotel prima d’oggi).
Sufficiente spazio per i miei 4 beauty case in bagno

Cons:

Non c’è un armadio ma solo un appendiabiti.
In bagno nelle piastrelle c’erano alcuni puntini di ruggine. Niente di grave ma è giusto farlo notare a chi si occupa della manutenzione.
La temperatura in bagno era troppo bassa e non siamo riusciti ad aumentarla come invece siamo riusciti in camera. Non avevo voglia io di chiamare per un aiuto.
Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere la vista lago fuori dalla mia finestra. Anche se per vedere il lago dovevo uscire dalla stanza era perfetta la vista e la posizione.

Forse ci ritorno in primavera
Pros:

Struttura bella, con affaccio direttamente sul lago , avevo una junior suite Park e devo dire molto bella.
Colazione ottima, molto varia , prodotti freschi e al momento ho chiesto delle uova all’occhio di bue e mi sono state fatte, staff di sala molto cordiale.

Cons:

La spa( la piscina interna non era riscaldata e l’idromassaggio era poco intenso, come snack poco ( era finita la frutta secca e lo Staff nonostante i vari passaggi non ha ricaricato)
Ho chiesto una bustina di zucchero e mi è stato detto è su ( oggettivamente in un 5 stelle mi aspetterei una risposta differente)
