Stayed at Nova Suites many times. Never disappoints. Friendly staff and great quiet location but still close to Soi 6.

Would recommend and use again, especially for longer stay as apartments are so spacious.
Pros:

Large apartment better for longer stay, great balcony with decent size, good TV, nice pool which wasn't busy, reasonably quiet. Close to shops and restaurants. Very good value given the size of the apartment, a large 1 bedroom.

I enjoyed the stay but a long walk to the beach where i went every day,
Pros:

room was very comfortable, cooking facilities where good Oven and hob. The room was cleaned daily. Towels and bedding changed daily did not have breakfast

Cons:

Lack of utensils for cooking same as most Pattaya apartments 1 fork 2 spoons etc. I like to go to the beach every day and it is quite a walk on narrow roads with a lot of traffic.
