Perfect
Pros:

Stayed here many years , all staff are friendly and it has all I want

Cons:

There are 20 longer for a hotel of 100 which is fine but some people think it’s ok to put towels on loungers and leave them there all day and never come back , be nice if hotel puts sign up saying any unattended towels will be removed after 1 hour

Pros:

Очень просторный номер, теплый бассейн на крыше. Отличные завтраки. Небольшое лобби, отель стоит прям на дороге - не нужно проходить целые лабиринты чтобы выйти или зайти, очень комфортно в этом плане.
Управляющий очень вежливый и заботливый человек

Cons:

Неприятный инцидент с полотенцами. Подсунули под дверь штраф 700 бат. У меня были красные волосы, замарала им полотенца, но! Я ношу этот цвет давно и прекрасно знаю что краска отстирывается без каких либо усилий. Но персонал назначил штраф даже не постирав полотенца ни разу. Это что за сервис такой? У нас в номере была стиральная машинка и я сама постирала полотенца и они стали белоснежными как и были. Дело было в принципе - не в деньгах, мне пришлось самой им доказывать что пятна отстираются. Хотя они могли бы сами хоть раз попробовать постирать эти полотенца.

La amplitud de la habitacion. El personal de recepción muy atento...

Cons:

Nos han cobrado un vaso roto. Que estaba roto cuando llegamos.
Nos han cobrado una toalla que simplemente estaba sucia. Hemos sido clientes de larga estancia, el hotel no han tenido ninguna deferencia hacia nosotros.

Stayed for 10 days on my own and loves every minute of it. Cleaning staff, security and receptionists were all fantastic
