Pros:

Comfortable stay, very good location and environment is very good of hotel. Restaurants staff were very kind specially (tarun) sorry I don't know rest of their names. Food was good along with their services.

Cons:

So I have been mentioning this before too in my previous stay, staffs of night shift in reception people are not professional enough to handle the customer (dev) along with the other person which i couldn't recall the name.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and having good facilities like restaurants open 24/7 and pool.

Cons:

The night receptionist was not welcoming towards me and also felt same thing in restaurants one of the night manager incharged person was not welcoming. I notice and felt that they are being racist towards indian as they are very welcomimg to russian and foreigners only. And I asked receptionist for tissues they said they won't serve tissues .

The staff were good. The complementary breakfast provided during the stay was excellent.

Cons:

I opted for a deluxe suite and the minute we opened the room door I could find a weird smell all over the room. Also the blankets provided to us wasn’t clean. We had to call the room service and get those replaced.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice and the location was good for the beach.

Cons:

We had requested a twin room however we were shown to a double room, where the mattress felt like it had lost all its springs & then informed they had not twin rooms available. The solution was to provide another duvet, however the room itself was must and the sheets were damp. The rest of the facilities looked fine however we left the next day so only got to experience the breakfast.
