Pros:

This is my third time staying at Crown Plaza Suzhou and as always - Great staff, clean and well equipped hotel. Great waterfront area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. All staff spoke Chinese and English which was great. Always made to feel welcomed and looked after by door staff and reception teams.

Дополнительно хочу отменить высокий сервис и вовлеченность сотрудников адмиральского лаунжа! В особенности заботу Turbo, в сопровождении сотрудников такого высокого уровня я чувствовал себя максимально комфортно на протяжении каждого дня проживания! Спасибо менеджменту отеля и отдельное спасибо Turbo, такое профессиональное отношение достойно высшей похвалы!

They need to do something about their aircon otherwise in summer it will likely be unbearable.

Aircon not working. The staff changed my room and even upgraded us but still the room temperature could not be changed as I think it is an old central aircon system
