Pros:

-Hyvä aamiainen: pidin erityisesti pöytään tarjoiluista kahvista, vohveleista ja omeletista
-Aamiainen oli myös ihanan rauhallinen: henkilökunta ohjasi eri kävijäryhmät eri paikkoihin. Välillä hotellien aamiaiset voivat olla melkoisia härdellejä niin tämän hotellin aamiainen toimi.
-Laitoin ennakkoon toiveet huoneesta ja hotellin henkilökunta toteutti toiveeni, arvostan kovasti asiakkaiden huomioimista mahdollisuuksien mukaan.

-Vastaanotto virkailija puhui samaan aikaan puhelimeen, kun kirjasi minua sisään. Minulle ei tullut kovin kohdattu olo.
