Thermostaat in kamer deed het niet waardoor kamer erg warm was, na inspectie door personeel meteen andere kamer gekregen

This is the nicest Crowne Plaza that I've stayed in. The rooms were really nice, and modern, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The coffee was mediocre, but that's common with hotels

Super Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im 8 .Stock mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und viele Ausflugsziele waren schnell mit Bus und Bahn problemlos zu erreichen.
Super freundliches Personal .
Viele Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider sind das Schwimmbad und Sauna auch für die Öffentlichkeit...an sich kein Problem...aber die Sauna war immer voll und getrennt von Frauen und Männer...ein paar Liegen und einen Raum zum erholen sucht man vergebens...eher absolute lieblose Massenabvertigung...kann man - muss man aber nicht...schade ...hatten uns sehr auf die berühmte finnische Sauna gefreut.
Das Frühstück war gut und lecker...nicht außergewöhnlich...am besten gleich mit buchen ....vor Ort kostet das Frühstück sonst 32 Euro pro Person.
Es gibt natürlich auch einen Fernseher....allerdings kein Sender in deutsch Sprache....von Russisch, arabisch und polnisch ist aber alles andere dabei.
