Se inundó el baño por obstrucción del desagüe lo q produjo un la olor durante dos días, vagos a la hora de enviar a alquien a arreglarlo y perdí una mañn de trabajo por eso. Además me cobraron por adelantado diciendo q era un bloqueo en mi tarjeta y no me lo devolvieron alegando q ya estaba hecho y jamás llegó a mi tarjeta el retorno. Recepción muy mal trato esta vez.

El piso está en mal estado, la coladera de la regadera no está atornillada y se acumula el agua de la regadera, el tamaño de las cortinas del baño están cortas salpican mucha aguai

Nicest hotel room in a long time.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Everything felt new. The bathroom was large and equipped with toiletries, hairdryer etc. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I would stay here again if I returned to Pachuca. The staff were friendly too.
