Good stay and comfortable luxurious stay in hotel food was good and staff was cooperative rooms are spacious
I had two 90 minute massages here, the Crowne Signature Massage and the Ayurvedic Shiroabhyangam. In both cases, my masseuse was Within, who was wonderful. She was always attentive to whether the pressure was okay, and she was highly skilled at giving the massages. The ambiance in the room was very nice and there was a fabulous shower within the room to use to wash off the oils. I would highly recommend both this place and Within.
Special thanks to chef Swagat Mehta and team of the reception staff . Who cooked special quinoa khichdi for me to offer to lord Krishana on Ekadashi . Thankyou so much may god bless u .. it’s the great gesture if hospitality.

We went to crowne plaza to attend one family function and the hotel is beautiful and so is the banquet. The food was amazing and the staff was super polite and helpful. I want to mention about Kiran from guest relations team. She was very kind and helpful and assisted us during the event. She helped me to give a space for baby feeding and that was her kind behaviour and helpful nature. We will recommend this hotel to other and will come back again to crowne plaza for lovely hospitality.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crown plaza. The atmosphere was warm and inviting from the moment I walked in. The service was top-notch, but what really stood out was the staff. It was a nice trip to here with friends.
Welcoming staffs and the concierge desk help us with Agra trip, even though if didnt book the cab from them. But they helped us with the ola booking as we are not familiar with hindi language they helped us. Especially Pradeep and Deepak
Breakfast was having nice spread, the staffs were very friendly especially Tanmoy, Vinay ( Im not sure about the name )The girl who is standing at the desk she was very warm in welcoming ; sorry i am not

The room was having good view, night time especially the city feels welcoming.
Check in and checkout was smooth. Also like to mention Neha, penzom, Shaun. They offered welcome drink it was nice actually first time i tried some sort of luke warm drink kind of spices black tea.

A special mention to Neha from the staff, who always goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
