I really liked the elegant ambience, comfortable rooms, courteous staff, and the overall hospitality. The service was professional and the entire stay felt relaxing and premium.
Kiran from Guest Relations was extremely warm, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and was always available to assist with a genuine smile. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized service made our stay truly memorable.

Good property but could be better
Pros:

Staff is very courteous, especially Lakhan from In room dining and Tanmay from bar section are amazing.

Cons:

The shower fittings were too old.
The utensils also appeared to be too outdated and old, could have been better conditioned.
