Excellent hotel excellent staff and a great location to jet off and explore the area
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the rooms were lovely the hotel was super clean and modern. Really comfy beds. The place has air con which is amazing. Cannot fault this place at all. The location requires a car but there’s everything you need opposite the hotel there’s an Asda petrol station a restaurant and mc Donald’s

A fridge in the room would have been good but that’s it

It was really pleasant to stay at this property and my special thanks to all the staff!
Pros:

Rooms are cleaned, well maintained with Electric Kettle, Board and Hairdryer all are in the Room and in reception area they have Microwave and Ice dispenser to use

Two sleepless nights
Pros:

We attended a wedding at The Chapel House Estate, the location of the hotel was perfect for us

Cons:

The vented system in the bedroom was extremely noisy and caused a significant disturbance throughout our stay. We followed the instructions provided on the wall, but despite doing so, we were unable to properly control the temperature in the room.

Because of the excessive noise, we were eventually forced to turn the system off. We then opened the window to try to get some fresh air into the room, but this resulted in the room becoming extremely stuffy and uncomfortable.

What was particularly unacceptable was that, on the second night, after we had deliberately switched the system off, it turned itself back on three separate times during the night. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep and made it impossible to get a comfortable night’s rest. Having exhausted the available options, I eventually had to remove the key card in an attempt to prevent the system from switching itself back on.

This was not a minor inconvenience. The combination of excessive noise, an inability to regulate the room temperature, and the system repeatedly switching itself back on significantly affected our comfort and sleep and detracted from our overall experience.

We should not have been placed in a position where we had to choose between enduring an extremely noisy ventilation system or sleeping in a hot and stuffy room. The fact that the system also repeatedly restarted after being switched off suggests that there was a fault with the system or that it was not operating as it should.

I would therefore expect this issue to be taken seriously and investigated, and I would appreciate an appropriate response and resolution given the significant impact this had on our stay.
