Will go somewhere else next time!
Pros:

Breakfast sucked! There was no flavor to the gravy. The sausage tasted like it was boiled in water. The beds suck!!! We have bad backs was up half the nite. Trying to get the painting away, need to replace beds!! Too many people have slept in them!!! Will find somewhere to go next time!

I will not stay anywhere other than this hotel when in town. I’m from Kentucky and it was perfect
Pros:

From the time we arrived we were greeted with professional assistance l. Check in was quick, but very detailed. Which is how I like. Short and sweet !

No sleep, had to drive next day. Pd 160.00 for no sleep.

Beds were not standard queen. Too small for husband & me. I did not sleep. Called front desk , no help.

Don't stay here!
Cons:

The rooms and hallways smelled really bad. The clothes storage smelled so bad that I could not hang my clothes in it. The ice machine on our floor was down. The staff was not knowledgeable of the layout of the hotel. Due to my disability I requested a 1st floor room but was told one was not available for me and the staff was not helpful. When I addressed all the issues the staff wasn't apologetic. I will never stay there again.

Pros:

Josh, the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The best sleep we had during our week of travels. And, the woman who set out the breakfast items was a pleasure to communicate with. All and all it was a great hotel stay!
