Only chose to stay here because I am an IHG club member.
Cons:

Reservations made through Booking.com did not align with what I requested. The Hotel did not have a King suite available and so I slept in a double queen room. The air conditioner quality was poor and i sweat at night while sleeping. The total days booked was supposed to be 4-nights but it ended up being only 3-nights reserved. I was not aware that my checkout was on Thursday and had to drive back from Mabank (location of work) to retrieve luggage from room then go check into another hotel due to no availability on 12/04/25. Then when I arrived I was advised they did have a room. I had already booked the second hotel.

Best hotel we’ve had stayed in.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the lady at the kitchen made sure everyone had what they needed. The hotel was super clean. Everyone was friendly!

Cons:

I don’t think I have anything bad to say about this hotel.

Overall nice and comfortable.
Pros:

The location is really well , breakfast was good and the staff were pretty nice .

Cons:

Only issue would be that the bathroom was a little dirty and some towels were stained .

Pros:

Has a pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Pool area was not cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and there were Cheetos and ants in the pool area all 3 days. No cleaning. No pool towels at the pool. Had to ask the front desk every time.
