Staff were friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make our stay a good one. The air/con was a welcome relief. The lounge area was very inviting. Good breakfast, bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Even a variety of pillows to pick from! Good location for getting around Norwich sights.

The staff are fantastic! The receptionists, restaurant and bar manager and the waiter in the restaurant both in the evening and at breakfast. So polite and helpful. Food OK. Very close to the stadium.
The rooms look tired and need a refit. It also smelled of cigarettes. Not the most attractive location.
Aircon was brilliant on the hottest day of the year! Staff gave me early check in too which was appreciated

Noise at night - works continued at the statdoum till 10 pm. We had to call reception to get it stopped..

Badly let down by housekeeping - we stayed two nights - bed unmade, dirty cups not washed, no shower gel, no milk on second day - a great shame given the positives
The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. Lots of choose on the menu for the restaurant and bar. We had beautiful weather as well which really made the outdoor area a treat!
Slightly stuffy rooms due to hot weather, however big windows which allowed a bit of air flow

Location was ok .
Room what’s tired . Cold water tap hardly ran as so limescaled up . TV need new batteries. No USB ports in room . Aircon did not keep room cool
Friendly welcome and helpful team throughout. Room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent.
It was a very hot weekend and the aircon in the room could be a bit stronger. But otherwise it was very comfortable.
We stayed 3 nights, excellent location, availability of parking superb, breakfasts fresh, excellent, just a problem with 5th floor water pressure, noisy when loo refilled, which the Manager quickly attended to, and quietened it down, but it became noisy again. Beds very comfortable, bedding and pillows smelled lovely and fresh.As we're in our eighties, we really needed a walk in shower, as we found climbing in and out of the bath very risky, time for the bathrooms to be updated. Yes, we would stay again, and recommend this to friends and family.

Location was great and relatively quiet. Staff were excellent and responded quickly to any questions or problems we had.
There was some previous property left in our room and as an apology we were brought dressing gowns and slippers plus some engels and drinks
System for having breakfast is sensible and staff at breakfast were efficient and accommodating
Room we had was king size but was fairly tired looking with no safe and fridge had been removed.
Water presssure/ flow from our taps was just a trickle however shower seemed fine
