Important information:

Up to 2 children aged 17 and under can stay for free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults if suitable accommodations is available.

Pros:

Staff was friendly & the rooms were clean

Cons:

The room we got did not have hot water. Feels this is something that should have been checked before providing the room to a family with 2 children. They sent a plumber to check within around 5mins & changed the room which is appreciated but was inconvenient as we had already unpacked & we had to carry everything to a different room again.

Perfect and will be back! We hope for that exact room again.
Pros:

We went to see if could leave cases until check in and got told room was ready and they let us check in 2 hrs early. Amazing!

I also messaged after booking asking for a stadium facing room if possible although understood it was late notice. They'd done that for us and room 101 was simply perfect!

We hope for that exact room again and will be back.

Excellent hotel, rooms exceptionally clean, staff welcoming, helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, room window looked on to Carrow Road football pitch, perfect for football fans. Definitely stay here again.
