Pros:

Our floor was recently updated but we didn't have a fridge

Cons:

There was a heavy odor of weed from guests on our floor, my wife talked to the manager and she confronted them but it didn't seem to change the odor. When parents are saying our kids are getting a contact buzz that's not good.
