Still going to stay here when traveling.
Pros:

It is a stop for us every time we go to Texas and back.

Cons:

The room had a funky smell and someone was doing laundry and the detergent smell almost choked you when getting on and off of the elevator. I also notified the front desk that the bathroom mirror was cracked.

Don’t stay here! No hot water
Pros:

Don’t stay here! For almost $200 a night you can find a place with hot water! Three of us stayed here and none of our rooms had hot water! Not even lukewarm water! Woke up at 5am hoping for a hot shower the following morning and again cold water in shower and sink!

Cons:

Hotel is being renovated, creating some inconvenience. Coffee Pots have been removed from rooms and only available in the lobby. Only two machines were available and one of them was broke. Air conditioning in Lobby was broke creating a warm breakfast. Very disappointing

The property look great, but we were not able to experience it because booking.com messed up our reservation and told the hotel to give us one bed. We needed two, so we had to go elsewhere.

Unsafe! Do not book here alone or with kids!
Pros:

Very unsafe! Would not book here- especially if traveling alone or with kids! There are large gaps at the bottom of the room doors, easily allowing for access to the room. Gap is large enough to slide a small book through- we were able to clearly see into the room through the cap. We had to place several suitcases in front of the door to block for safety and privacy. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay- very glad it was only one night!
Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had at a Holiday Inn Express. Parking is very small- not enough for all guests. Overall- regretting booking here for the price we paid.
