Cons:

Hotel is being renovated, creating some inconvenience. Coffee Pots have been removed from rooms and only available in the lobby. Only two machines were available and one of them was broke. Air conditioning in Lobby was broke creating a warm breakfast. Very disappointing

The property look great, but we were not able to experience it because booking.com messed up our reservation and told the hotel to give us one bed. We needed two, so we had to go elsewhere.

Unsafe! Do not book here alone or with kids!
Pros:

Very unsafe! Would not book here- especially if traveling alone or with kids! There are large gaps at the bottom of the room doors, easily allowing for access to the room. Gap is large enough to slide a small book through- we were able to clearly see into the room through the cap. We had to place several suitcases in front of the door to block for safety and privacy. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay- very glad it was only one night!
Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had at a Holiday Inn Express. Parking is very small- not enough for all guests. Overall- regretting booking here for the price we paid.

No early check in
Pros:

Needed early check inn and was told we couldn't check in early. We came in with railroad for work. Plus we had drove 15 hrs to get to hotel and had to leave for work at 12:30. Just down right sad.
