Great location in Wellington, bed was good, kitchenette adequate but ventilation needs improving
Pros:

Bed was comfy but room decor was dated. Location was great allowing ready pedestrian access to main attractions, bus and rail service as well as walk to inter island ferry (this was the main reason for selecting the accommodation). We did use the pool, spa and sauna all good save that one afternoon pool area access necessitated walking through a function outside the pool/gym area

Cons:

the TV had a habit of dropping its connection, necessitating a trip to the lobby (no answer to a phone call) and repeated reset of the connection. The range of channels was also poor and there was no TV guide. I have a strong preference for a room that has an opening window for natural ventilation. Restaurant menu was not varied and was expensive so we went elsewhere. The lighting in our room could have been better.

Cons:

We were unhappy with the heating. It was cold when we turned up, managed to get the heating up but then we couldn't turn it off so it was extremely hot in the room. We didn't sleep, didn't want to ring downstairs as by this time it was very late and didn't want to change rooms . We left at 6am.

Well located and comfortable, nice to have a tiny balcony. Staff pretty helpful and pleasant

Cons:

A bit of noise transmission from the outside and the nextdoor room. Sheets were a bit poor quality I thought.

Pros:

Lovely spacious room. Clean n tidy. Easy online check-in and check-out means less time in queue's if everybody used it. Efficient valet service. Excellent shower. Lovely buffet breakfast. Great stay n will stay again

Cons:

Only minor issue was the room heater wasnt really heating up the room as it should've. Bedroom heater was fine. Did notify reception at check-out so hopefully it gets sorted. Other than that minor issue everything else was great.

Comfortable and central with exellent food and great views.
Pros:

Comfortable room, looked to be newly refurbished. The breakfast was amazing and I ate way too much. The view over the harbour was beautiful and relaxing. The leisure facilities are also fantastic.

Cons:

I was hoping the room would have a bath but the shower was good enough

Pros:

The staff were lovely - especially with my kids . We were a little disappointed about the not working heating in the room - we had to call about the bath plug and a couple of other things - and we had asked for the room to be made up and it wasn’t .
Other than that the rooms were comfortable and contained everything we expected . Thank you
