Excellent facilities handy central location
Pros:

Stay here often and the Rydges staff and general facilities are always excellent. A good size pool, large easily accessible spa pool and clean sauna - that is quick to heat up. The beds are comfy, and the room on the featherston st side was very quiet. The breakfast is excellent as well.

Cons:

A great hotel overall - some of the bathroom water pressure was not great, the air con is a little loud at times, and there are a few stains on the carpet. And bathroom light couldbebrighter especially for makeup! Nothing terrible , just an ever so slightly tired feeling .

Very comfortable and easy

Cons:

Not enough staff in bar and restaurant, so long wait for food and drinks. The staff that were there were great but were flat out busy.

Staff were excellent, but if you going to charge those kinds of prices, you need to update the rooms. Very old and tired

Very good stay
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating.
My daughter has celiac disease so couldn't have any of the food on the menu or the breakfast, so the chef made a special breakfast for her and didn't charge me.

Cons:

We had issues with the key cards failing. We had late check out and were locked out of our room and had to get a new key reset to get back in

Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay! Was a bit disappointed that the pool was out of service for the days we were there especially as we weren’t told about it.
The buffet breakfast is always the best! Our favourite place to stay and eat!!
