Have stayed a few times and can’t fault it
Pros:

Great location for when we are going to the Stadium

Cons:

The view of the other building, should have booked the room a bit higher to get the view of the Harbour

Pros:

The hotel gave us a full refund as we didn't stay.

Cons:

We didn't stay because there were no stair alternative to get our room and my wife has claustrophobia.
We weren't told how to use the lift so the door closed and we were stuck inside.

Good location
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The view from the room was stunning. Breakfast was decent. It is nice that the hotel had an on-site restaurant ( though expensive but nice) pool and sauna.

Cons:

The hotel was understaffed. The people in front desk were nice but they were overloaded with work. 1 or two receptionists during peak hours is not enough for the big hotel. Sauna was cold.

Great location, great food
Pros:

The reception was friendly and gave us tips on where to get the cheapest parking. No on-site parking remaining. Our room had an amazing view of the CBD. We got exclusive use of the pool, spa and sauna as we went there at a good time. No one else was around. The room service meal was hot, tasty and delivered quick. The wait time was meant to be 40 minutes, but only took 15 minutes. We dined at the Portlander restaurant on site. Service was amazing and the food was exceptional. We tried the fresh oysters, then the steak. 10/10. A little bit expensive but worth it for sure. I will definitely stay there again.

Pros:

It was handy and well serviced.

Cons:

The old aircon unit was very noisy, and the room very hot when I turned it off.
The colours were very dark and felt a bit depressing.
The breakfast felt pressured for space and staff.

Good stay but room for improvement
Pros:

The pool, spa, sauna.
The location.
The size of the bed.

Cons:

You cannot pay for parking in advance. We had to wake up early just to move our car and ask if there was parking.
The pillows were old and lumpy.
The shower pressure wasn't great.
There was a lightbulb out in the bathroom.
