Holiday Inn Express Delano by IHG

So the room was great. Checking in was painless. Parking situation terrible. Alot of construction/ workers were staying while I was there. Lots people doubled up in rooms and big delivery/ maintenance/ service trucks there. Came out to my truck friday morning and some guy was sitting on a curb smoking weed. There is a vacant field to the south and apartment complex in the rear with just a wrought iron seperating them. So parking was sketchy and the doors to the outside were unlocked alot.

The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected. The room was a little dirty inside one of the drawers and the floor in the restroom. Other than that I would stay there again

Everything was ok the only real complaint i have is that the first room provided the door didnt lock so i requested to be moved other than that is was fine

Very clean, friendly, and good quick breakfast with eggs, bacon, bagel, oatmeal, pancake, muffins, and yogurt. There is a nice Mexican restaurant across the hotel that was great with Dj.

Hotel is located close to freeway which was super convenient. It was a nice and quiet stay.

The sheets had stain on both our beds. We could not sleep in those sheets. The toilet paper was never replaced. We had only half a roll for our weekend stay. They never replaced the tissue box in the restroom. The box was empty at check in.

Elevator was out of service, which wasn't a huge deal since it's only two floors, but the stairwells smelled like pot. I found burrs in the carpet so I know it wasn't thoroughly vacuumed and there were used napkins just under the edge of the sofa. Bathroom was clean but the shower curtain rod was loose and looked like it would eventually fail.

Saturday 8/9/2025 I left my room and it didn’t have the sign hanging outside the door do not disturb. And my room that I paid fully to rent was NOT CLEAN and I’m very sorry. If the supervisor or anyone can please call me. When I checked out this early morning 8/10/2025 I told the front receptionist on my complaint she just said “uh hu” with her head down

Staff was friendly, helpful. No sheet for sofa bed, no towels at pool, no lounge chairs, and pool needed cleaning

We did fast family trip . Calm area close to our destination. Wish it was a little cheaper .
