Holiday Inn Express Ada by IHG

The room had a funny smell, and it was just kind of moist hard to explain

The AC was not working in my room. In fact it wad blowing how air. The windows to the room don't open, so there is no way to get ventilation. The maintenance people never came to help me fix it. The front desk never compensated me for a miserable night.

The Air Conditioner wasn’t working well and I thought maybe it was all the movement from the day so I gave it time but by midnight my room was 90 degrees and my family and I couldn’t sleep. We called the front desk and they gave us another room that had a working AC and it was wonderful. We only got about 3 hours of sleep but it came together

No air conditioning running in hallway. Temperature was 85° in room. Took 6 hours to get roomed cooled down. Still no cool air in hallway next morning. They know you are coming and they could have set the temp to 72. Maintenance issues with ceiling and bathroom back splash. Hardly any vacuuming done with dirty floors.

We had to leave 1 day early and was unable to get a refund for Monday night. There has to be an easier way to resolve this type of situation.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing that needed improvement was the mattress. It was very hard and hurt our backs.

The room was very clean and the linens were nice and fresh. Pillows and bed was comfortable.

Nice stay. Third floor hallway a/c seemed to be struggling. Ice maker on third floor needs to be repaired.

Room ac wasnt very good. The privacy curtain on window was torn. Staff were nice.

We enjoyed our stay this last weekend, and found the people who work at this hotel are very helpful, nice, and were really involved in making our stay a good one. If we come back to Oklahoma, this is the place we will be staying at.

Too expensive for what it was. Beds were too tall for older people.

Our room was fine but this hotel seems to be falling apart. The hallways, lobby and elevator were dirty and unkept. It did not seem to be well ran. There was one worker who was super accommodating and allowed for late check out but it seems like the general manager is a pain and her staff aren't very fond of her/talk poorly of her to customers. She forced her staff to charge one of my family members $50 for makeup on a towel. Ridiculous Breakfast was good. We will likely find somewhere else to stay next time we are in town.

I like everything except for 2 days in a row in the afternoon our key did not work so we had to make a trip going downstairs to set it up but everything was great

My family and I were in town for a funeral. Our stay here was neat and we had no issues, which was great since our focus was on family, not accommodations.
