Clean rooms, handicap set up not great
Pros:

Convenience to where we needed to be. Clean, free breakfast & WiFi

Cons:

Handicap accessible room was good except for bathroom. Had a tub with a bench which did not work well for my husband. Also on the 2nd floor & halfway down the hall from the elevator, made for a long walk and concerns if elevator should be down for some reason

It was awsome!!! staff was great breakfast was awsome!!!
Pros:

staff was great! there was a system issue when we arrived. we had to wait at the front desk for awhile but the lady apologized over and over. We just wanted a night out we have 5 children and havent been overnight in years!!

Cons:

I wish I could of been able to afford a full weekend!!!!

Like staying with family
Pros:

Staff is always very friendly and professional. Hotel is well-maintained, and the coffee is even great!
We stay here every time we're in town due to the friendliness of the staff.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. We have no complaints.

Pros:

The continental breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was a $50 accommodation fee that was not disclosed prior to booking, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bed was on a downward slope, and I woke up at 5am in extreme pain that I could not walk well for a few hours, and we had a funeral to attend. Not great at all.

Cons:

The towels had stains and hair on them. I kindly asked the front desk to get new sheets because they also had some minor stains and they gave us new sheets immediately.

When you have plumbing issues and no water, run to the holiday inn for a mini vacation. Lol
Pros:

This was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The room was super warm, extremely clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were amazing and made sure we had extra towels and even brought my little boy spoons for his yogurt! The front desk lady was so very sweet and everyone we ran into while we stayed there was smiling, happy, talkative and so helpful. They relieved so much of my stress just by being kind and talking to us. We are definitely coming back and when our family comes from Utah for the holidays we plan to have them stay at this holiday inn!

Cons:

Literally nothing, it was perfect! I especially loved the Christmas decorations and the holiday spirit.
