Loved the fact we had a continental breakfast. My husband and I both thought it was delicious. Yes, options may have been limited, but the fact that we got a breakfast included in our stay is usually a selling point when we book hotels. So we are grateful. The room was clean which is the first thing I look for in a hotel. We’ve stayed with holiday in many times for these reasons and will continue coming back!
Proximity to event.
The cleanliness, the attitude of the staff/ very unfriendly
New bathroom vanity was nice
Breakfast was good -- I had scrambled eggs, sausage and English muffin -- but coffee was awful
Understaffed, check-in took much too long (computer was not working), staff seemed stressed (understandably)
Our request for quiet rooms, away from elevator and Rt 119, was not fulfilled (2 sleepless nights due to noise)
Bathroom: The very old shower enclosure and ceiling were awful -- stained, chipped, moldy, and corroded
Windows were 80% permanently fogged and gross, so old they provided no noise reduction benefit
Carpet was dirty
The phone didn't allow me to call the front desk (just beeped)
The last time (Fall 2025) we stayed in "renovated rooms" that had new windows. It was a more positive experience. We were told that the whole building was being renovated. This visit was disappointing!
Location
We got to our room late as intended, we got ready for bed. Checked over for bugs, dirt, ect. Looked to be okay. Woke up in the morning went to the bathroom and there was mold in several areas of the bathroom. Complained to front desk they said they would sent maintenance up to see if it was even mold. We came back from our day out and our room reeked of bleach. Which yes that’s how you clean mold. But then to expect someone to stay in that room. You could barely breathe. We got a new room and this one didn’t even lock. The elevator was filthy disgusting. And the entire place just had a strange smell.
Good location, right by many restaurants! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming!
Um, well…it was weird but the pillows smelled kind of mildewed? The room appeared clean but I just couldn’t get past the smell of the pillows. Also, there were some really loud people in the halls.

My $50 charge is still holding on my account and it has been 3 weeks. 😞
The hotel staff was great and the hotel was clean. The continental breakfast was well maintained.
The only problem was the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, which makes it difficult

Handicap accessible room was good except for bathroom. Had a tub with a bench which did not work well for my husband. Also on the 2nd floor & halfway down the hall from the elevator, made for a long walk and concerns if elevator should be down for some reason
