Great place to stay.
Pros:

Large counter in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body wash provided in standard sized mounted bottles. The light blocking shades were great. Outlets next to each side of the bed for chargers and cpap machines were very handy. Breakfast was phenomenal.

Cons:

Could have used a night light in the bathroom. I have seen others built into the outlets at other Holiday Inns. Bed was hard.

Everything was wonderful - we are already planning our next trip, and will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn Express!
Pros:

It was clean and cheerful, easy to drive to and situated near many attractions and eateries. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely.

Pros:

The best part of my experience was the way the front desk treated me. Darren and his female colleague (her name escapes me) were the best! They stood up every time we entered, they didn’t hesitate to give us additional linen and they made us felt very welcomed. Helped us with directions and all. Breakfast the next morning was ok. The food in my opinion wasn’t rotated. Even that didn’t take away from my overall experience. Best hotel near Spooky Nook, we will be back.

The location was perfect for our stay and the staff were wonderful.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Away from business but still close to food and shopping. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was something new each morning (we were there for 3 mornings) and my kids were very happy. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We especially enjoyed the pool!

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations

Overall, a good stay. My daughter’s school is nearby, and we would choose to stay here again next time we visit her.
Pros:

The room setup was great — we booked a room with two queen beds plus a sofa bed, and the sofa bed also opens into a full-size bed. Traveling with my parents and two kids, the space felt comfortable and not crowded at all. The breakfast selection was also quite good. There is an indoor swimming pool, which the kids really enjoyed.

Cons:

Overall the hotel is good. We stayed for three days in total, but one night we were disturbed by constant walking noise from the upstairs neighbors late at night, and there were also loud conversations from people in the hallway. Sound insulation seems to be a common issue with this type of building.

Good location with comfy beds but no hot water
Pros:

The location was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the size of the room was amazing

Cons:

You could hear the wash running from the room above us and it was really loud. We also did not have any hot water for the shower. I told the staff along with another person who said the same thing but we were told the hotel had a lot of people so that’s why there was no hot water. I would assume the hot water heater should be able to heat the entire hotel at capacity. The response was frustrating. That’s pretty unacceptable to not have hot water and basically be told to deal with it. We paid a decent price for that room and to not have hot water is crazy.

We were there for a volleyball tournament in Spooky Nook, the hotel was very accommodating
