Pros:

I loved how when I called at roughly 2pm, the front desk was able to set up a room for me. I requested a room on the top floor away from other guests because I have a hard time sleeping with noise. My room needed to be changed because it didn't have a couch (which I can only sleep on a couch), and I was placed on the second floor. What I really liked about this hotel is even though I had a room on the second floor, I slept lovely and didn't hear any noise, despite the hotel being a full stay.

I don't know how this happened, but thank you Holiday Inn! I will definitely be coming back!

Cons:

Everything was lovely and the other guests at the hotel were courteous and respectful! I would have loved to see the water park. The pool was closed during my stay.
