Pool
The restaurant was very handy, close by. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was large and shower very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous.
We stayed 3 days and had no room service. Trash was never emptied, no fresh towels brought until we asked on third day. No room cleaning during the day. Do hotels ignore guests once they check-in nowadays?
The pool could have been cleaned better on the walls and bottom

I loved how when I called at roughly 2pm, the front desk was able to set up a room for me. I requested a room on the top floor away from other guests because I have a hard time sleeping with noise. My room needed to be changed because it didn't have a couch (which I can only sleep on a couch), and I was placed on the second floor. What I really liked about this hotel is even though I had a room on the second floor, I slept lovely and didn't hear any noise, despite the hotel being a full stay.
I don't know how this happened, but thank you Holiday Inn! I will definitely be coming back!
Everything was lovely and the other guests at the hotel were courteous and respectful! I would have loved to see the water park. The pool was closed during my stay.
