The breakfast was OK except the sausages thay was not brown thay was white me think thay should be brown but not very one like them brown but thank you
The bed and pillow thay was awful bed was very hard and the pillow was very lumpy and I think the room getting very tired overall very good exp
Good quality rooms. Very clean. Staff very helpful.
Aircon in the hotel was broken however, they put fans in all the rooms and the window did open. Having worked in hotels previously myself, I understand that you can’t always control maintenance issues and time for getting them fixed is sometimes beyond your control.
The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean excellent location and great price. Breakfast was lovely too
Air con not working, room very hot and had only one small desk fan to cool a family room down. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, even my 6 year old could feel the frame through the mattress and struggled to sleep. Lack of parking facilities is a struggle as a disabled person. Only one lift in use and hotel was busy so needed both really
Everything was quick and easy, from booking to check-in and check out. Rooms are quite small but you have everything needed. We appreciate that we were given a baby cot without asking, so they pay attention to little details from the booking which is very nice. Plenty of choices at breakfast, good coffee machine. Overall price - quality, very good, we were happy.
