I had a very unpleasant experience with the electric kettle. It seems that it was washed with some chemical or acid and not rinsed properly. As a result, when I was about to drink the water, the acid burned my mouth. Fortunately, I did not swallow it.
When I called reception, they did not answer several times, and when they finally picked up, they hung up immediately. I then approached the reception desk in person and explained the situation. The staff did not take any action. The first person didn’t even apologize and simply said he wasn’t sure what it could be. The second person offered a brief apology, but they did not provide any solution, medical assistance, or even a bottle of water.
