I’d never stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Lady working in breakfast area was very kind & friendly.

Cons:

The key card did not work when we went back to the room. After trying 2 more key cards the front desk guy came up & tested entry box & it was faulty so we had to change rooms. The 2nd night the
Fire alarms went off after midnight for a long time. They said it was the 2 nd time that day. The fire dept finally came to fix it. I also thought I had booked a suite thru booking.com but it was just a larger room with a sofa. Front desk said they could not upgrade or change my room to a 2 room suite because I had booked with Booking.com. The bathroom floor was not very clean & carpet felt dirty also.

I picked Holiday Inn fora can’t go wrong stay but we are disappointed with the quality care NOT given to this location!
Pros:

Location, it stops there.

Cons:

Inattentive staff. Dirty furniture. Rusty fixtures/lamps. Mold in shower. Cold breakfast should be hot. Fridge was warm, no cooling. Tv stand chipped and worn, door would not close! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I went to relax and rest. The people on the floor above me were loud all throughout the night.

Don’t trust Booking.com and call the hotel you’re going to if you have a small pet otherwise you’re wasting your time.
Pros:

How should I know, Cruella Deville didn’t let us stay there.

Cons:

I booked the hotel through Booking.com under pet friendly hotels. And Cruella Deville the receptionist said only service dogs can stay. What a waste. All the hours spent getting there and the $194 a night that I’m going to have to fight with the offshore account that Booking.com uses was a waste because I didn’t have some fake service dog certificate. Anybody can get a service dog certificate, but I don’t play that way. Anyway, thanks to Cruella Deville for not even checking with her manager.

Nice stay
Pros:
