Pros:

staff were supper helpfull and let us check in early , the location was grate just by the train station witch ment we could easy get to harry potter experience and london, the room was lovely and clean and we were nicely surprised by our free breakfast we had the next morning witch was lovely two . the staff also let us keep our luggage in hold after check out which was supper handy especially because we went into london that day.

Pros:

The staff were great and the free parking was useful

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was a bit lacking . Some holiday inns have pancakes which I was looking forward to but we're not available and the scrambled egg seems like it may be from powdered egg , really fried eggs or poached would be much nicer. Only not picking though , overall we enjoyed our stay.

Parcheggio gratuito. Posizione comoda perché a 100m da stazione treni (20 min. da Londra). Stanze essenziali come tutti gli express. Letto principale comodo , letto/sofà scomodo. Personale cordiale e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Letto/sofà scomodo. La stanza aveva il bagno sporco e ci hanno prontamente cambiato camera.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Good location and parking. Ease of check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and happy we were able to open the window in our room for fresh air. Good breakfast.

Cons:

One of our group found the toilet too low.

Unnecessarily replenished towels, when we hadn't put them on the floor.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Friendly staff, quiet comfortable rooms

Cons:

It was difficult to find a parking space. The queues at breakfast, which were made worse because at one point they ran out of clean plates and took around 15mins to bring more out. Also the breakfast foods often ran out and there were long waits to refill items leading to long queues.

Excellent stay and service
Pros:

The staff from the start to the end of my stay were all absolutely amazing. Reception couldn't do enough to help you. The room was fantastic. The cleanliness and the comfort are second to none and the breakfast was also delicious. Fantastic again. The staff would do anything that they could to help you out. I had no issues at all with this establishment and will gladly return and highly recommend them to anybody else. Thinking of staying in that area. I'm disabled but even I could manage the short walk to the Sainsbury's just down from them. So anything that you need is within a good distance

Cons:

If you should require a taxi, I would recommend seeking out an Uber or the phone number for a different taxi firm. The phone on the reception connects you to a taxi firm but they are very unreliable and apparently around that area Uber is the best way to travel around for a taxi
