Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. I never find that much comfort in hotel beds.

Cons:

There were signs posted saying that this was 100% smoke free site and as I exited the door to the pool exit, I had to travel through a cloud of smoke from housekeeping. She was very polite though. If they're going to take smoke breaks, it shouldn't be at an entrance/exit and the 100% sign should be removed.

awful experience
Pros:

This hotel could be nice if it was cleaned properly and better staff from what I seen.

Cons:

I checked in and was given my room key. Once I got to the room, the door was open with the beds used and TV on. We went back to the front desk and told her our room was being used she said I guess i can clean it, i told her no give us another room. She moved us to a different room and it was dirty as well. When we went back to desk to cancel for the night another person staying there was complaining about his room being used also and there was pizza and used beds in his room. We left and went to a different hotel. The girl at the front desk was rude and never apologized for any of it.

It's exactly what expect nowadays. No one gives a crap anymore.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. The location was great.

Cons:

The elevator didn't work. The toilet seat was about to fall off the toilet. The shower curtain and rod are on the verge of falling in the floor. The curtain was torn off the window. No offer of any sort of discount for the elevator being broken all week.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The elevator did not work. You had to carry your luggage up the flight of stairs. The pool has no shade and had lots of chlorine in the water. The icemaker did not work and they had it in a box for you to dip out of you, continental breakfast was not desirable. It is not worth the value that they charge you it. It is not the quality that I expect of a Holiday Inn. This was definitely a four out of 10 to stay here.

Unclean and moldy
Pros:

Avoid this place. The hotel is not upscale and it is not very clean. The cleaning staff totally neglects the tub and restroom area in the room. Please look at all of the mold. Being relocated is not much of a help because the rooms are not being cleaned.
