Pros:

Room size was good. Big TV. Comfy beds and pillows.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. Few hairs in different places in the washroom (sink, shower, floor). 2 big stains on chair near bed.
Inquired about breakfast food for my gluten allergy (celiac) staff said "Nothing. We don't recommend that you eat anything." However, said that one of the English muffins was gluten free. I asked to look at the ingredients book and it was not! Bottom line...if you have any allergies or food restrictions don't rely on the uneducated staff. Ask to look in the allergy book. It turned out there were a few things that I could eat.

Glad there are places like this for weary travellers.
Pros:

Perfect location off Airport Rd to get us away from the heavy airport area traffic but close enough easy to reach in our rental car after a late arrival. Breakfast was much better than average. Clean and great staff and comfy bed

Cons:

A bit of traffic noise but not a surprise

Great stay.
Pros:

Very helpful front desk staff, both for check in and out. Made notes on my profile which side of the building we prefer. They also made a note that I was asking about gluten free options and they will have a few more options available if I was to return. The kitchen staff said they always have gf bread. The breakfast was the typical hot/cold breakfast offerings for a hotel, but the area was clean, friendly staff and very willing to assist. The king bed room was a great size, with lots of room to maneuver a walker around. While we were on the Airport Rd side of the building, you could hear the traffic, but we weren't disturbed by it. That might have been because we were on the 4th floor. If we need to return to the area overnight, we'll definitely return to this hotel.

Everyone was friendly, accommodating & overall a great stay!
Pros:

Location was ideal to Clients venue I was attending.

Cons:

Breakfast had many options, although the hot items were warm at best. I understand it is difficult to maintain ‘hot’ when preparing for a large group that has a 4+ hour window to serve.
