Kids were running up and down the hallway and were loud few hours in the night.
I stay here all of the time. The staff is excellent especially Mrs. Debbie at the front desk. The rooms are always comfortable. And you absolutely cannot beat the breakfast and the staff in the restaurant. Mrs. Debbie and the rest of the employees always make you feel
So welcome! And if there is an issue they take care of it immediately! We stay here every time we come to PB! Even if it’s more expensive than the others. There is a lot to be said for excellent customer service!
The only thing that I would say is that some of the carpet in the halls to walk to your rooms are kind of bubbling up which could cause you to trip. Other than that everything is fine.

One elevator was broken, the other was scary like it too was soon to break. Ice machine broken.

Beds were so comfortable and didn’t hear a sound. Best sleep all trip at this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
The air conditioner in my room did not work
Everything was need and clean. Handicap room was perfect for us. Good food at restaruant attached to hotel
This occured repeatedly for myself and my family members that stayed there. Our room key kept having to get reprogramed because it stopped opening our door. We only stayed there two days! Also we traveled with our two pets. When I talked to someone at the front desk about booking our room before we arrived. They said it was okay to have two pets. When we arrived we got a surprise when they told us it was going to be another $75 dollars added on. We would have paid it anyways but it would have been nice if we were told up front about this charge.
