We like the location and the staff was very good.

Cons:

At the beginning we had problems with the air conditioning, but were resolved. However, the layout of our room, for three adults, was not good and the mattress of the extra bed was not comfortable.

Location was excellent. We paid extra to upgrade to a Lagoon-facing room which was a good size. Just the bathroom was tight.

The housekeeping staff on my day of check out knocked and, without waiting for my reply, opened the door with their key, highly unprofessional!
