Fab little no frills hotel with great easy access to all of beautiful Venice
Pros:

Great find, little property right behind vapporetto and alilaguna stops and 5 minutes from st Marks square. We were in the annex just around the corner, no views of the canal but a charming view of a clock tower we loved opening the windows and watching people walking below and hearing the bells chime.
Clean rooms comfortable beds, great shower and a kettle in the room. Very helpful guys in reception

La struttura è in una posizione comoda per visitare il centro di Venezia, molto vicino a piazza San Marco, sono gentili nell’accoglienza, hanno reso disponibile da subito la stanza, la colazione é molto buona

La struttura non aveva sempre disponibile l’acqua calda, la colazione si fa in un luogo diverso rispetto l’hotel, talvolta pioveva in bagno

Понравилось все!!! Расположение СУППЕР! Персонал СУППЕР! Завтрак СУППЕР! До Сан Марко 200 метров, Сан Захария на заднем дворе! Остановки вапоретто - прямо напротив!!! Вид из окна - прямо на лагуну!!! Заселились раньше положенного времени!
Если вернемся в Венецию - остановимся только здесь!!!

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y la salida está encima del cabecero de la cama, con lo cual se escucha más.
Por otro lado la situación es muy buena, y etaba muy limpio, otro incoveniente pero ocurr mucho en Venecia es que no llega el ascensor hasta la habitación, pero con ello ya contaba. Como contrapartida tien una terraza en el ático que las vistas son espectaculares.
