Pros:

We had a great stay. Everything was clean. Breakfast was average. We were awakened by some man on our floor 4th. After midnight cussung, maybe on his phone after he went in his room. We did not hear anymore.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and the desk staff was very nice and helpful. It’s also nice to stay in a hotel that is pet friendly as we travel with our dog.

I wasnt as pleased with this hotel as anticipated. Bad odor that smelled like urine in our room, ac loud rattling noise, snack machines had expired snacks. Not stay at another holiday inn.

Pros:

Good variety of breakfast items. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Halls were clean. The road to enter the property was reduced to half a lane because of construction. The work was temporary but no signage indicating Holiday Inn Express was at the end of the lane.

Pros:

The Expedia website says the pet fee is $25.00. The Hotel charged me $40.00. They said they updated all their 3rd party sites to this change. This was not right and we had no choice.
