Pros:

gotta change the fake eggs and sausage patties , tasteless

Cons:

after finding out that there was absolutely no water pressure, I saw all the faults because I was disappointed . had to stand next to shower wall under the fixture and move around to get wet. not a joke!

Traveling for business, location and price were good, cleanliness questionable and no receipt.
Pros:

Location, reasonably priced.

Cons:

The ac unit fan sounded like a helicopter every time it start up. Had to fix it on in low speed to be able to sleep.
The hair on the bathroom counter (not mine) was disappointing.
I didn’t get a receipt, I asked for a receipt, they said since I booked through a third party they would send me one. My receipt request from Booking.com in turn requested one from HIE. I still haven’t received an emailed receipt!
