Pros:

Cleanliness of the room. Staff are helpful and friendly. The manager that works dayshift..this is the 2nd visit we've had that she went out of her way to assist myself and my husband. We stay when we travel in for his UK medical appointments. She is absolutely the best. She is just the sweetest and most helpful lady. Made my life a lot easier the other morning. She was a little angel on Earth.

Comfortable stay with easy access to the University and downtown amenities.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with inviting lobby, comfy beds and great bathroom.

Cons:

They have large pots in the entry with nothing planted in them. It’s kind of an imposing architectural entry and professional planters would really warm up the entry.

Disappointing stay at this hotel
Pros:

Rene’s welcome at reception was the only positive experience at this hotel.

Cons:

Mattresses are old, creaky and very uncomfortable. Room was not serviced at all, noise from room above and corridor at 3 am. Paper plates and plastic utensils are a no-no!
