Nice hotel, comfortable room and bed, friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Lovely big room. Bathroom had tub/shower combo. No coffee facilities in the room as coffee is available from the reception area. Overall good value for money as the rate includes parking and breakfast. Bee was very comfortable. Very near to the race course too. The area surrounding does not have much within walking distance so I would say a car is good for this location.

Cons:

The guest laundry facilities were out of order so had to take our clothes to a launderette to dry.

Pros:

Staff were very nice & friendly. It was a very good location for downtown Lexington & Versailles. Breakfast was good & the pool/fitness room were clean.

Cons:

The carpet on the third floor corridor needs to be replaced as it has alot of stains on it giving first impressions of a poor quality Inn which its not! Also you can hear the guests on the next floor over us walking around.

We really like The Holiday Inn Express, great customer service.

Cons:

The hotel carpet needs to be cleaned, a deep clean. The beds were hard and the room had a stale stench. Hallways are too dark, elevators need to be cleaned.
