Pros:

The rooms are your typical hotel rooms. The hallways had a peculiar odor to them, though everything was clean, staff was lovely and the location-- well, the location was really nice. It was close to the fountain and a small shopping mall where they had an Italian restuarant and a terrific coffee shop.

Cons:

The odor in the hallway. The breakfast could have been a little more robust as well.

Location, that's about it.

Cons:

There was a large cockroach aka, palmetto bug in the bathroom which I killed myself since it was in the middle of the night. I let reception know and they said the would notify manager but got no response. Acknowledgement of issue. There was no water pressure at all in the shower and took forever or water to heat up. The internet did not work, (circle of doom kept spinning and TV did not connect due to internet). Needed internet for work. Will not reserve there again. Front desk was nice but did not report issues to Manager although they said they would.

Great location with Fountain Park across the street. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly. We had view of pool.

Cons:

Breakfast offered was average, the family I traveled with had special food needs and those not offered, (gf, vegan)

Perfect for our needs
Pros:

Jason at the front desk was super friendly. We were in town for an event and the location was super close. Also walkable to restaurants and a nice lake across from the hotel.
