The ceiling had a lot of cracks and my daughter saw crumbs and what looked like sugar ants by the juice bar at breakfast.

Check your bedding.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Room was not great at all. I had to go downstairs and get fresh sheets myself. My wife has a habit of checking all bedding and pillowcases. All pillows cases were dirty, one had boogers on it and make up. Sheets had crumbs and hair from previous guest. On of the blankets had blood stains. The tub will not drain so there’s just standing water in there as well. Luckily we are only staying one night, but this stay was not very pleasant at all.

It was dated but clean.

Cons:

Couldn't raise or lower window curtain.
I'm tall and the shower hit me in my lower chest. The hand held shower head was broken and missing.

*The beds are old and squeeky.
*The bathroom floor was dirty (black stains) when we arrived .
*Housekeeping did not show up the following day. I called the front desk at 3 pm to request for housekeeping/towels and was told someone was on the way. Nobody showed up so i went to the front desk at 7 pm and the lady told they did not provide daily housekeeping unless I had requested for that at check in.

Beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels clean. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The front door of the hotel was dirty. Hot water dispenser at breakfast was clotted with minerals. Crickets appeared in our bathroom in the morning. Receptionist Sunday morning was not helpful at all. Our grand-daughters had forgot their shoes by the pool the previous evening and the receptionist did not care to help us figure out how to open the pool area.
