We totally enjoyed our stay the staff was very helpful.

Overall a nice hotel, but the price was way too much for this level of hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Great place to park my motorcycle. Right next door to the Harley dealership. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was in the Presidential Suite and there were some issues. It had two A/C units in it because of the size of the room, but only one worked. The ceiling fan blades drooped so bad that I don't think it was actually useful. The sink in the bathroom had plumbing issues. The pipes underneath the sink were not connected and when you ran the water it wound up on the floor. Had to use all my towels to keep the water from going all over the place.

It was good for overnight stay!

and the couch was too low to sit on. The price of the room was expensive for one night stay.

Pros:

I needed to cancel due to winter storm. I booked through Booking.com. I called
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Abilene Mall South, an IHG Hotel and asked if they would waive fee. They said yes. Book.com called and asked if they would waive fees, they said yes. But would not send it in writing to follow up. So I am stuck with the fees. It took me 9 calls in a row to get them to answer their phone.
