Pros:

This was my 4th stay at BL, I have never been disappointed by staff, cleanliness. The hotel is convenient to visit family and I will definitely use it again.

Comfortable, it made the perfect stop over for me and my granddaughter after a visit to the Victoria Palace Theatre
Pros:

Everything, from the rooms which were spotless and very comfortable to the breakfast which was surprisingly good quality food. Also a big big thank you to the cleaner that found my iPhone and gave it to me after I’d checked out and finished breakfast.

Cons:

The ONLY issue was that you had to pay extra for parking which if you pay to stay in a hotel that has its own parking it should be free or at least half price to others that use it

Very Good place to stay.
Pros:

Stayed here a number of times, always a great experience, the Staff will do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. we will be returning.

Cons:

Wifi is never great, this my only complaint.
