Toilet flush hanging off wall room bin not emptied. Manic trying to book in. Even with 4 staff behind counter only one seemed to be attending to customer que trying to book in

In our first room, the USB outlets didn't work. Staff kindly found us a different room with working outlets.
Hotel is goed gelegen en heeft een ondergondse parkeergarage. Vriendelijke personeel. Bar met terras uitkijkend op de Brentrivier. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet... ook als je geen liefhebber bent van English breakfast. Blijkbaar kregen we een kamer voor 4 pers. .. tenzij de bedden zeer breed waren voor één persoon en we 2 kopjes per persoon kregen bij de warmwaterkan voor de koffie. Voor wie er gestreken wilt bijlopen... er is een strijkijzer en -plank op de kamer.

Quiet location with easy public transport availability.
Receptionist said they had no reference to my request for a twin room, that none were available and then, my booking for a queen bed with sofa bed was provided but sofa bed unmade and staff then found it difficult to locate a quilt after asking me to accept just a quilt cover. Not good, not happy.
