The room I was in is getting worn you can see a lot of wear and tear
Great location
Elevator was scary. Rust in the bathroom. Some of the outlets didn’t work, sign for pool said closed at 11 but they kicked us out at 9:30. Also ran out of food for breakfast
Stay was excellent! I originally booked down the road at a different hotel. I traveled 19 hours and when I got here expected to be able to check in. I arrived at my previous booking and they allowed me to check in but when I got to my room I saw housekeeping still cleaning my room. The pool was out of order. It was just a mess. I quickly left to find a new hotel that would meet my needs to my stay in Augusta. That’s how I arrived at your property. Check in was maybe 10 minutes and I was in a room within 15 minutes.
I have no complaints.
I most enjoyed the swimming pool and how comfortable the beds were. We truly had a blast.
The kitchen staff for breakfast weren’t as pleasurable as I’d hoped on my last morning there. They weren’t accommodating and my kids seen other kids with fruit cups but when we asked it was simply they took the ones that were made, instead of simply making them more

The property was well maintained and very welcoming. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The food and bar area were great.
Upon check out, there was an issue with the bathroom and shower. The water pressure had dropped considerably as well as the cleanliness of the water appeared to be dirty. So much to the point that we had to be given another room to use which delayed our check out.
Did not stay for breakfast but the overall cleanliness and comfort was amazing!

Odd smell from a/c unit. Not horrible, but flowery, as if the cleaners sprayed some fragrance in the unit.
