La première chambre qui nous a été proposée était annoncée non-fumeur, mais dégageait une forte odeur de tabac. Nous avons donc demandé à en changer.
La seconde chambre était située au 3ᵉ étage, alors que l’ascenseur était hors service (une panne qui, manifestement, ne semble pas récente) Il faut donc monter soi-même ses bagages jusqu’à la chambre.
Notre chambre donnait directement sur la route et, avec un simple vitrage, l’isolation phonique était très insuffisante : beaucoup de bruit, notamment lié à la circulation. Le petit-déjeuner propose par ailleurs un choix très limité au regard du tarif pratiqué. À cela s’ajoutent plusieurs équipements hors service : distributeur de boissons en panne, ordinateur du Business Space inutilisable, ascenseur indisponible…
Au final, le prix demandé nous paraît particulièrement élevé compte tenu du niveau de prestations et des nombreux dysfonctionnements constatés.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel. L’impression générale est malheureusement celle d’un établissement insuffisamment entretenu, où trop d’équipements et de services ne fonctionnent pas correctement.
The location was great for our visit to the National Park. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was less than ideal. The hotel was nearly sold out the night before, and the rooms had not yet been turned over when we arrived, so we were unable to check in on time. We were told we would receive a text message when our room was ready, but we never received one. We ended up returning a few hours later to check on the status, at which point the room was ready.
The hotel’s only elevator was also out of service and had apparently been broken for some time. According to the posted notice, repairs were still a few months away. This wasn’t a major inconvenience since the hotel is only three floors, but it was worth noting.
On the positive side, the room itself was good, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The main area I would recommend improving is the parking. The spaces are quite narrow, making it difficult to get luggage in and out of vehicles, especially when neighboring cars are parked.

Decent hotel with good evening shift. Be aware, the elevator has been out of service more often than not for over two months (according to staff), and numerous families were booked into the third floor despite arriving early. Sounds like an ownership issue on the elevator. Kudos to the afternoon/evening desk for helping lug an RTIC up to the 3rd floor. Conveniently located near groceries and restaurants.

Helaas was de lift stuk, dus moesten we met de koffers slepen naar de 3e verdieping.
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything was clean and welcoming, temperature was already set to a comfortable setting. Breakfast was warm, tasty, and inviting. Beds/pillows/blankets all clean and comfortable.
I had no issues. The elevator was down BUT actively being worked on while we were there. We take the stairs anyway out of habit. The staff were overly accommodating, even offering to carry our luggage for us.
Everything was wonderful. Other than that the stay was great. I loved the breakfast especially the biscuits and gravy.
The only thing was the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable.

THE ELEVATOR HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE DECEMBER 2025 according to the comments. We could not go in the exterior door closest to the stairs for ‘security reasons’ which made the walk carrying our luggage all the way down the hall from the front door and up the stairs very inconvenient since the elevator was been broken.
The sofa bed was nothing but springs.
Elevator was down. Had to carry luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. No discount at all for the inconvenience.
The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.
The elevator was broken and will not be repaired for another three weeks or so because the replacement part needs to be shipped from another country. We had to use the stairs to reach our room on the third floor, and the ice machine on that floor was also not working.
However, the staff did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They offered complimentary bottled waters and were willing to deliver luggage to your room if assistance was needed.
Sometimes it's good to use the stairs for exercise, especially after spending long hours driving to reach your destination:)

Elevator was out of service. Staff had a “tough shit” attitude. I am disabled had difficulty getting up to the 2nd floor. Did find help getting luggage up. Bedspread soiled by someone’s dirty butt. Not vacuumed.Refused to make a rate adjustment since booked through Booking.com. Said to try you. Only take money, don’t give it back.
