We can’t say enough good things about this Holiday Inn Express! Although not new, the hotel has been very well maintained and is scrupulously clean. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast area was larger than most with a few tables for 8 if you are with a larger group. The breakfast staff was attentive and helpful. On top of all of this, as we drove away from the hotel, we received a call from the front desk letting us know the housekeeper had just discovered my husband’s wedding ring in the bedding. He had no idea it had slipped off his finger in the night! We’ve stayed at many HI Express across the country and this was one of the best overall! I’m not sure why they aren’t rated higher on this site.
The staff specifically Devin is really really rude and mean
I liked the location and closeness to shops and restaurant.
The staff when I checked in could have been more welcoming.
Everything was excellent.

Peaceful. Quiet. Very comfortable.
Room was good, breakfast was good
Parking was not so good and the key to the door didn’t work when we got there. Had to have staff come open the door
Location was great, staff were exceedingly helpful, breakfast was good
Elevator didn’t work
Very helpful desk clerk. He google the info I had inquired about and then printed a sheet for me with all the info and provided directions.
Elevator was broken therefore I had to settle for a queen bed instead of a king because my hubby can't do stairs.
We received a confirmation email for $327.47 for two-night stay, including taxes and fees. Surprised to find we were billed an additional $105 upon check-out for pet fees. Manager confirmed we were overcharged but did not issue a refund. Had to dispute the overcharges with our credit card company. Note: Breakfast is NOT free, charged $20 for “facility fees”, even though pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. Breakfast was mediocre at best, after the buffet was coughed and sneezed over by a bus load of teenagers. Pet owners: this hotel is in a highly concentrated commercial area – no safe place to walk a dog. No poop bags, we brought our own, thankfully. First and last visit to a Holiday Inn Express.
The elevator was out and we were in the 3rd floor. Also our room was cleaned the 2nd day.
We had a wonderful stay here. Check in was quick, easy, and welcoming. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, smelled good, the beds were comfy and the ac worked very well. The pool was clean and warm. Breakfast had lots of good options. The breakfast here was actually better than others of the same hotel chain. I would definitely recommend staying here for a nice restful stay!
It was clean and the staff was friendly
The pool/hot tub were out of order as was the elevator
Breakfast was pretty standard for Hotels that offer free breakfast, there were hot dishes that rotated daily and there were cold items (yogurt, boiled eggs, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit).
The room was clean and the bed was very very comfy.
No elevator service for the 4 days I was there, no extra staff to help take luggage up and down flights of stairs ( I had recent major surgery and had just recently been allowed to lift anything or do stairs and am over the age of 65, with a disabled son traveling with me and my toddler granddaughter was also with us and could not independently do stairs either). I was told since the hotel was booked full that they could not give us a room on a lower level, either. Being on the top floor we had terrible TV reception, it was pixelated constantly and would continue to just rapidly blink off and on so we did not watch TV during the entire time we were at the hotel. The shower head was not easily adjusted to correct position either and water pressure was ok but I prefer a shower with a power stream as my hair is long and thick and I felt I could not get it completely clean with limited water pressure.
