elevator was out of order, would have been nice to know about that in advance

The only thing and this a major issue was the elevator was broken and they put my cousins their elderly mother and my sister on the 3rd floor my cousin and sister have disability issues walking. They had to have a staff member carry my cousins mother upstairs then and only then they moved her to the first floor. They told my cousins and sister they didn’t have anything on the first floor but in reality they were holding rooms for atour bus of elderly people also. I thought that it was first come can get a first floor room at least that’s what was told to my sister

Elevators were not working. That should be noted when making reservations. My husband had double knee replacement and we have pets. Could not get first floor. AC wasn’t working and had to be replaced. Noise from main road was VERY loud. Rugs were wrinkled and a tripping hazard.

Elevator was broke, resulting in dragging suitcases up several flights of stairs. Apparently parts are being machined in Germany. I would not recomment staying there in the near future. Typical two individual brew coffee pots in the lobby and one of them was broke. There was a large travel group staying there. Line for the only coffee pot was very long. Very disappointing.

No problems

I booked a king with the jetted tub. I was provided a room without a jetted tub. I got different answers as to why I was not in the room I booked and never got a clear answer. Regardless, I was told the room I did book was not available until the next night, so I had to stay in another room for a night. That room had stained chairs. Once i was in the room i had booked, it was under the stairs, so i heard people going up and down the stairs all night and morning because the elevator is not working.

I asked for at least a partial refund, but was told by management that Booking had to request it. The Booking rep I spoke with a couple days prior stated he would request the refund. I still have not received any refund even though I was not able to stay in the room I booked.

Failure to disclose broken elevator until September!

La première chambre qui nous a été proposée était annoncée non-fumeur, mais dégageait une forte odeur de tabac. Nous avons donc demandé à en changer.
La seconde chambre était située au 3ᵉ étage, alors que l’ascenseur était hors service (une panne qui, manifestement, ne semble pas récente) Il faut donc monter soi-même ses bagages jusqu’à la chambre.
Notre chambre donnait directement sur la route et, avec un simple vitrage, l’isolation phonique était très insuffisante : beaucoup de bruit, notamment lié à la circulation. Le petit-déjeuner propose par ailleurs un choix très limité au regard du tarif pratiqué. À cela s’ajoutent plusieurs équipements hors service : distributeur de boissons en panne, ordinateur du Business Space inutilisable, ascenseur indisponible…
Au final, le prix demandé nous paraît particulièrement élevé compte tenu du niveau de prestations et des nombreux dysfonctionnements constatés.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel. L’impression générale est malheureusement celle d’un établissement insuffisamment entretenu, où trop d’équipements et de services ne fonctionnent pas correctement.
