I would be very reluctant to do business with I HG or booking again

Breakfast food kept running out. Coffee was watery.

Cons:

The staff was really kind. The facility is tired and overpriced at 400 per night and tax was supposed to be included, until after I paid on booking and was told there may be more taxes or fees charged on booking. American corporations like Booking and IHG have become money hungry and not customer focused. Over $ 3 per small bottle of water in a place where tap water is not really drinkable is really scraping low.i booked for 3 nights to do a heart procedure nearby when I had to add a 4th night the price had gone up.

Good clean hotel with very comfortable bed
Pros:

Large room, extremely comfortable bed, good central location for exploring the island. Plenty of free parking, friendly staff

Cons:

$65 charge randomly added to our room somehow, and staff wouldn't remove it at checkout due to "the manager not being in that day." It took two emails to get the money refunded. Disappointing, as the rest of the reception team were friendly and helpful
