The room size and parking.
The breakfast area needs improvement. It was worse than a hostel, too small and lacking enough tables, which led to guests competing for seating. Some people had to eat on sofas in the reception area while construction was taking place. Additionally, renovations were ongoing even on Sundays, which further impacted the experience.
The staff
The elevator didn’t work the first two days ..
The bathtub was rusty
The air conditioner was full of dust
The refrigerator only would freeze food - so everything went in the garbage
I would not stay at this hotel ever again !!
The beds were very comfortable! We also had some gluten free packaged items at breakfast, which was very nice for the Celiacs of the group (Udi’s bagels and muffins)
Having a free breakfast is always good. But in all honesty I would have to say the only thing I did like was the pillows definitely some good pillows.
Wow, yeah so let me start by saying it was TERRIBLE. When I walked in to check in I was told they are under construction doing renovations the room I initially booked for 4 nights wasn’t available due to this. I was told I would be on the 4th floor with no working elevator so they stairs it was for 2 days and boyyyy let me tell ya it was rough. The pool was dirty and there wasn’t no clean swimming towels at all. The breakfast wasn’t the best either and my blueberry muffin had hair all over it.
