AC was noisy and a lot of car traffic noise
Excellent...coffee was fantastic.
Wanted king size bed
We chose the hotel for proximity to the nearby Ruth Eckhard Hall where we were attending a concert.
Warmly greeted at check in and kindly given early room availability.
Overall a really good stay, nice friendly helpful staff, a comfortable large room, loved the decor. The chaise could comfortably sit in our own home. Large television, refrigerator, and good in room coffee. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and varied. Gluten Free items for my wife which we really appreciated.
Negatives (that wouldn’t stop us from staying again)
I used the gym which was small but fine but lacking apparatus wipes and seemed to have limited A/C. Then the pool that seemed a bit neglected. No towels, the mechanism for turning the shower on had a lever at about 12 feet height to turn on without a hanging chain. The poolside restroom smelt let’s say not good
Definitely would stay again for the kind staff and the comfort. I reported the issues and I’m sure they were taken care of promptly.

i loved my room.. The bed was comfortable I wished i could have stayed longer. The breakfast was fine..I liked the fact that i could leave the dining room and enjoyed my meal in the comfort of my room. I love that there is a refrigerator and microwave. I did not used the fitness room. I hope the treadmill is fixed and lighter weights like 5 and 10 pound weights are added so it can be accessible to everyone. The new decor was nice. The gentleman doing the food was attentive,warm and inviting.The lemon water is s nice touch,but wished cookies or chocolate were the gifts instead of peppermint. The information shelf about the area is very helpful with the brochures. I love that the bus stop is right there in front on Gulf Bay and Clearwater Mall is very close by.

The usual price is high for me,.The washing machine is higher than most laundromats machines.

The facilities were spotless, and the location was excellent, close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay!
