I came to this hotel with a huge group of friends for our annual SL Tampa Jam. The staff, Ms Erica and Chrissie, were very sweet and professional. Phenomenal customer service!
Chrissie was very helpful and pointed out a issue i had no idea about. She was quick to fix it. No matter what I needed during my stay she did it with a smile.

Very noisy, they were doing some kind of work in the parking lot and the room was exposed to noise
