The hotel is definitely not new and it shows in the little things.
The service and quality of the facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The only detractions are that it is an older facility. The carpet in the hallways is dated and bears the stains of many high strength cleanings, with bleached out spots. The elevator floors have had the tiles patched with non-matching sealer that makes the floor look worse than a broken tile would look. The wall covering around the elevator controls are in need of replacement, showing many years of guests' dirty hands and attempts to clean the stains left on the walls.
Overall, for the rates, I would say it is a good value. Obviously, it's not a luxury hotel, but with a few touches, it could regain the elegance it appears it once had.
We don't have a good review of this hotel. The carpets were stained to the point that they felt very dirty. The chair in our room was either filthy or had been cleaned so many times that it looked worn out and filthy. We didn't sit in it at any time during our 3 day stay. There was only one working ice machine out of the three in the hotel. The hallway carpets in front of the elevators on floors 2-4 were rippled making them unsafe for any disabled/handicapped persons - which included both of us. The Expedia website said there was a restaurant on site. The website said there was cook-to-order breakfast but didn't list anything about dinner. In searching for the restaurant's webpage it said it was open for dinner from 4-9 PM Tuesday-Saturday, which is why we picked this hotel over the other hotel that we were considering. It was only open for breakfast. We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The hotel desperately needs a remodel. We gave it two stars for cleanliness and property condition because the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The staff was always friendly, polite and very helpful.
Clean, convenient, friendly staff.
The hotel was outdated and had thin walls, could hear other rooms TVs or conversations in the hallway.
Clean room
Wasnt given the room i reserved. There was none the size i wanted so we opted to stay where they put us. The person on shift was very calm and handled it to the best of his ability. There was a mix up between expedia and the hotel. Our room was clean but the carpet had"patches" in it wjere it had just been cut out and "repaired" instead of replaced. We usually have a great experience here so i was a little thrown off. We will be back though and hopefully with a better experience!
Nice safe area. Clean, and modern
It was fine
Fix the gym please. AC is out and the machines need to be replaced.
Sink faucet needs to be fixed. Dirty and missing caulking.
Additional charge at checkout that wasn't disclosed. Desk person pointed at the end of the counter where a small placard with small print was setting and said, "there it is."
This location is defiantly off my list for my frequent trips to the Denver area.
It was
great spot to stay
This is a great place to stay, very conveniently located near shops and restaurants
Really clean facility and rooms cool little bar upstairs nice swimming pool downstairs overall great.
Ice machine out of order, elevator out of order. No breakfast options other than the restaurant next door which is too expensive
Super Friendly Staff. Waitress at the restaurant is super sweet.
Arrived, Pool was closed, 1st room didn't have working A/C, and found out that you needed to pay extra for Breakfast. That is just not clear when booking and should be included, even if continental. Lastly, this property was very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job. But, the property is several years behind needing updating. Carpet, furniture and fixtures are fairly worn and need replacing to maintain Holiday Inn standards.
It’s was good. The rooms were too dark though. Especially the bathrooms
Tried to get the date rescheduled and was denied this option. A waste of money. Will never book through Expedia or in person.
Elevators broken. The internet TVs Netflix YouTube are broken. The pool and jacuzzi out of service. No management available to help or make any decisions. No breakfast included. Cheap mattresses bouncy and noisy springy. Musky stinky rooms.
