Hotel is undergoing renovations but doesn't specify this when we made our reservations. No hot water--only lukewarm water to shower. Called once we finished and was told they were fixing it as it was just a filter problem. No hot water the next morning and was told there's now an issue with the water heater. Stairways closed because of renovations so what happens if there is a fire? There were razor blades on a ledge near elevators - could easily be picked up by a child! Shades on windows let light come in while we slept. Found blue tape to keep ironing board cover from coming off! The cardboard on floor when u came out of elevators were a hazard--they weren't taped down well so someone could've easily tripped. No wonder they gave us a discount on hotel room price--so many problems!

A disappointment
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Extremely bright in the room overnight. No ability to reduce the glare of outside parking lights. No blackout curtains., only a sunscreen on the windows. Had to argue with staff when I requested a 7:45 free shuttle. Was told shuttle started at 9 AM. Would never had booked at this location had information on the website informed me of that. After waiting to speak with the shuttle driver, he finally agreed to take us at 7:45. A paying customer should never have to go through that.

They canceled our reservation without notifying us

We never got to see the property because our reservation was canceled last minute and I had to call to find that out. I would have never known if I didn’t call to see if we could do an early check in

It was a very relaxing and refreshing stay
Pros:

Very clean room , also front desk guy very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent in every way.

Cons:

Due to renovations a little dusty but the place could have beeen prepared better sealing it off well so that dust would not filter through to where guests needed to walk.

The stay was amazing and the hospitality was excellent.
Pros:

Me and my daughter had an amazing time. Eventhough they were undergoing construction it was great. The staff was great Angel "ma" the breakfast attendant was so nice and friendly along with the hot breakfast. When we checked it it was a little late but Amer (I hope we spelled the name correctly) was the best. Very personable and helpful with resturants close by. Overall , this will be the hotel I choose from now on when visiting. I know after construction it will be even better. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Also when I called to get a later check in the front desk attendent was really nice as well. Thank you again for making us feel like we were at home.

Just the constructiion but that's understandable at the moment.

The rooms were clean.

Cons:

The entire building is under construction so it’s unfair to have had to pay so much and the breakfast is horrible. Every single entrance to the building is blocked off in some way and all you hear is construction workers smoke debris etc all coming from inside the building as you’re walking to your room you’re hit with debris. The cleaning staff knocks at 9a and one lied saying check out was at 10 to make me hurry out. This was the worse experience for almost $150 a night.

Cons:

went ALL weekend with NO HOT WATER. Every time i asked the front desk if they knew what was going on i ALWAYS got the same response... they weren't sure and would let me know. I NEVER received an apology from anyone on the staff for the inconvenience. I cant believe we had no hot water to shower with. Cold showers ALL WEEKEND! on top of that, they were under construction - no windows , no hot water, half the building blocked off, and LOTS of noise. I was very disappointed and will be contacting corporate.
