The first room we received was dirty. The bed was not made and the bathroom still had the last occupants trash. The hallway next to the lobby flooded during the rain storm.

front desk rep did not know what he was doing with check in. overcharged the incidental charges on credit card. took a month to finally get cleared. caused anxiety and stress during my vacation
trash was in bathroom at checkin. wall outlet was torn from wall. no coffee in room

Pros:

The location was good the room was okay but

Cons:

the rest of the building was terrible, there was not enough food out during breakfast for all the guests, there was no AC in the lobby or hallways amd the pool was falling apart. Then they made you put a card on file for incidentals and then double charged everyone for the rooms they still owe me $433.00!
