Pros:

We stayed at this place before when it was a gGeat Western. So we were looking forward to coming back. I had no idea it changed hands. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even changed our room to have a forest view. They also provided extra pillow and a clean sheet when requested cause one was stained.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned very well. The bathroom was dirty. There was a ring around the tub and debris/ hair on the floor. We didn't use the shower cause we were grossed out. We were there for 1 night only, but it was not pleasant, and we did not want to ask for a different room at that point.

Nice hotel and staff for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Clean and modern. Staff were very nice and polite.

Cons:

Window shades were broken. One shade would not go down. The second shade ,on the big window, would not go up.

Hoappspitality was great it's was a cope of roaches in room,other then it was okay

The breakfast was good but room 309 need to be spray for roaches and the bathroom needs a paint touch up in the bedroom

Cons:

Yes it could been much better, the staff appearance was now the standards for the Marriott standards, My name is Tonya Riley, , I made Forbes Magazine in 2015 from working at Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton SC. Just need some training and grooming standards and I think the hotel will be alright.. But it's not a 5 Star yet

Unhappy and will not stay again

Cons:

Front desk person was new but not very knowledgeable , no manager on staff. Room had previous occupant that was moved because a complaint was made about broken shade. He/she had been moved yet they put me in there with no repair on shade. Should have been closed room for repair. Room was dirty as not been cleaned up since recent occupant. Overall an unhappy stay…. I couldn’t have been farther away from elevator yet when asked to be moved to first floor I was told no, ‘we fill 3rd and 4th floor first and reserve lower floors for latter guests” bizarre answer!

not up to a standard free breakfast.

Cons:

front desk rep did not know what he was doing with check in. overcharged the incidental charges on credit card. took a month to finally get cleared. caused anxiety and stress during my vacation
trash was in bathroom at checkin. wall outlet was torn from wall. no coffee in room

Cons:

The first room we received was dirty. The bed was not made and the bathroom still had the last occupants trash. The hallway next to the lobby flooded during the rain storm.
