We will always stay here when traveling through Knoxville.
Pros:

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn for the past five years when we go visit our son. Vera, who works the front desk has always been super friendly, professional and helpful. This year we experienced a problem with our reservation, and she took care of it in a very timely manner.
The hotel is very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable. Our room is always quiet, and we enjoy the convenience of the buffet breakfast. We will always stay here when traveling.

Quick stop on the way home.
Pros:

Excellent one night stay. Arrived very late, was greeted with a smile and quick check in. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Room clean and AC worked great. Highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

When we arrived the hotel didn't have out reservations. I showed them confirmation on my phone but I was told they couldn't help me and I had to contact booking.com I was offered to book a room through the front desk for $200 instead of the the $158 that I already paid. I was able to contact someone after searching for some time for a contact number. They were able to contact hotel and find my reservation.
