It was very pleasant and in a convenient location!
Pros:

The receptionist during our evening stay was the sweetest and best. I can’t remember her name, but she is skinny, black hair, and has tattoos. That woman deserves a raise!

Cons:

Too much chlorine in the hot tub! Also, the water didn’t get hot enough in our room.

Great place to stay if going to Omaha, Nebraska.
Pros:

Nice area. Clean and great breakfast. Staff all very courteous. Paige welcomed us and offered delicious cookies when we arrived.

We appreciated the hand sanitizers at various locations, but some were empty or battery was not working.

Cons:

Exercise room was not operable, but offered the exercise room at Candlewood hotel next door.

Cons:

The pool was freezing as well as the pool room, the hot tub barely had water in it and was barely warm. The shower in my room never got even remotely warm causing for cold showers in 30 degree weather.

Pros:

They didn’t book our room and gave what we needed to someone else after I booked a month ago. Had to be put in 2 separate rooms was a very chaotic check in

Mediocre.
Pros:

Once settled in rooms after an hour of trying to find rooms that were made up, it was okay.

Cons:

When we arrived after a full day of traveling, the rooms were not made up at 9:30pm. It took a full hour of moving from floor to floor, back and forth to front desk, to get 2 rooms.
