Quiet location nice to not be in a super busy/noisy neighborhood , evening/night front desk staff was truly amazing!
Hot tub was not clean
The hotel over all was just right! The breakfast was good with a nice variety. I requested an early check-in but out our room was not ready when we arrived so we were upgraded to the next level room which was a pleasant bonus!
Our room was in a high traffic area so we heard many doors slam, children running up and down the hall and the occupants above us were very heavy stompers so we had to sleep on their schedule.
The light/vent in our bathroom wasn't working so I requested it be fixed; but it remained out our entire stay.
Everything about the place and the people was fantastic.
The workout room is not available and hot tub. Quit working the day we showed up, but you can overlook this California
The beds were too firm. Pool area is showing some wear. Needs repair to ceilings.
Very unsatisfied reserved 2 beds on 1 bed was available and reserved in april called 3 times before our trip was assured everything was set and it was not nothing
The service and the right reserved room
Easy to find. Complementary
Kids running up and down the halls, yelling screaming, and tearing stuff up until after 1 AM in the morning. Front desk was called four separate times and each time was told they would investigate.
Breakfast had several great options that all tasted great.
Price was on the high side for this type of hotel.

I discovered bugs on the bed. Staff relocated me to sister hotel.
Rooms were decent.
The pool area looked awful. Strong chemical odor from lobby down the hallway to my room. But once in the room it was ok.
The negative experience is due to the fact they charged my card twice and even though they are telling booking.com that they refunded and resolved the issue, my card is still showing as a charge. A POSTED charge and not just under PENDING charges. I have tried different ways to reach out and nothing from the hotel to me. I travelled internationally to stay there and now I am back home and I feel like this won’t be resolved.
It was clean and had a good breakfast, beds were comfortable and a good value
I booked a standard queen room and was put up in a handicap room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor wasn't an issue for me it was strange to be given a handicap accessible room when I didn't request that and do not need it.
The staff were super friendly and helpful
