Pros:

They didn’t book our room and gave what we needed to someone else after I booked a month ago. Had to be put in 2 separate rooms was a very chaotic check in

Mediocre.
Pros:

Once settled in rooms after an hour of trying to find rooms that were made up, it was okay.

Cons:

When we arrived after a full day of traveling, the rooms were not made up at 9:30pm. It took a full hour of moving from floor to floor, back and forth to front desk, to get 2 rooms.

I thought it was worth the money. And comfortable. I love that the pool stays open till 11.
Pros:

The breakfast was bomb.com And homegirl with the glasses and tattoos was super helpful and very welcoming

Cons:

The hotel was great but I won’t book thru a third party again unless its for the same day. Too hard to change reservations.

Pros:

The rooms tv did not work. They did give us a different room but apparently didn’t enter it the system as the next night we had guest walk in on us. When I went to the front desk they tried to blame it on housekeeping. There was no house keeping as it was Thanksgiving. I was not happy.

Didn't like that we couldn't access the back door because the keypad was out. It would have gave us closer access yo the elevators.
