Pros:

I was very pleased when I had to ask for different pillows because I'm allergic to down pillows. The staff was very attentive and got me new pillows.

Cons:

The only thing I'd really have a problem with was that the AC was on in the winter.

Pros:

We like the layout of the two bedroom suites. The staff is great and the breakfast is delicious.

Cons:

Room 300's sofa bed is falling apart, one of the TV remotes didn't work, and the king bedroom toilet kept running. The pool was too cold.
