The staff was lovely, the rooms were very comfortable and having breakfadt with a perfect cup of coffee was amazing.
Pros:

It was very clean. I loved the costa coffee which was available all day from machines that would grind the coffee beans before brewing a perfect cup of coffee.

Cons:

Across from a dairy farm. If the wind was blowing a certain way-the smell was overwhelming.

We understand that the property accepts guests with dogs, and we have no issue with that. However, the unit should be thoroughly cleaned before the next guest arrives, especially since we have a toddler who crawls on the floor.
Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly. There was dog hair throughout the unit, especially on the chair and bedding. The bed also had visible stains, and there was hair from what appeared to be multiple dogs.
We requested a room change, but the staff informed us that no other rooms were available. As a result, we had no choice but to stay in the room and change the linens ourselves.
In addition, the toilet was not clean. It was slimy, had an unpleasant odor, and smelled like dog urine. We had to clean and sanitize the toilet ourselves before we could use it.
Overall, this was very disappointing. We expect rooms to be properly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before new guests check in. We hope management will improve its housekeeping standards to ensure a better experience for future guests

Very clean and well managed. Pool was the perfect temperature staff was friendly aside from movie the front desk lady. Breakfast was great. Nice quiet peaceful one of the best places I've stayed in a while for the price
