Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and stocked , a/c worked well and the room smelled pleasant

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved . Add the scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. These items are not to hard to do and it really creates value for people to be able to eat breakfast at the hotel. This is really the only negative I have. I personally won’t revisit due to the breakfast a decent breakfast at your hotel really means a lot.

Cons:

Massiv überteuertes „Billighotel“ der Hilton-Gruppe. Hier war alles schlecht. Check-In nicht geklappt, Buchung war nicht übermittelt, wir hatten 1 Std warten müssen, obwohl spät, nix los und Zimmer frei, Personal wenig freundlich und nicht besonders hilfsbereit, Klimaanlage kaputt, machte extrem Lärm, mussten das ausstellen, hellhörig wie es nicht schlimmer geht, bis spät nachts den Nachbarn telefonieren gehört und morgens früh Trampeln auf der Decke oben, Badezimmer Tür defekt, ging nicht zu, Fenster mit Einschusslöchern oder anderen runden Einschlägen, nicht zu öffnen, Bett und Kissen unbequem und kalte Atmosphäre, im Flur pfeifete der Feuermelder (Batterie leer wahrscheinlich), das Frühstück, wenn man es denn so nennen darf, das schlechteste was ich je in einem Hotel bekam ( zum Vergleich: Gleiche Kategorie Mariott Gruppe Fairfield gutes Frühstück, sehr ordentliche Zimmer und bequem und halber Preis ) - ich bin oft in diversen Hotels der Hilton Gruppe, Sparks jedoch werde ich nie mehr buchen

We checked in at 1230am, went to sleep at 4am and out by 10am

The staff was great and they have a microwave in the room

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway was filthy and my toilet seat was burned which surprised me for a hotel that deals with Hilton, which was the only reason I was comfortable to book in the first place. With such a last minute stay due to a storm while traveling, there were other hotels in the area I could've went with. It was already a waste of money but to not really be comfortable on top of that was disturbing, I was very disappointed in Hilton Hotels.
