BUENO EN GENERAL
Pros:

Me gustó la alberca, superó mis expectativas
la comodidad de las habitaciones y las camas siempre confiable de holiday inn

Cons:

que se escuchaba mucho ruido en las noches del piso de arriba como si azotaran constantemente algo y era molesto
no me gusto para nada la comida del restaurante y tampoco que no tuviera mas variedad en botanas y bebidas por ejemplo para la estancia en la alberca
y algo que fue super molesto era una persona en el area de toallas de la alberca que insistia en que solo se podia usar una toalla por familia, cuando el demas personal no decia nada al respecto

Cuando llegamos a la habitación el baño estaba un poco sucio con pelos y también el tocador con manchasde cafe, pedimos a la mucama que estaba limpiando en la habitación del lado que si podia volver a limpiar y si lo hizo, pero la primera impresión no fue muy buena
