La alberca y el desayuno
Todo me gusto
Excelente. Solo el lugar es muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes.
Cuando exista ocupación total poner 2 cocineras en el desayuno.
Hotel con instalaciones óptimas, limpio, habitaciones cómodas, personal atento y amable. Recomendable.
Secure parking for my motorcycle. Large spacious room. Near the northern highway so I did not have to enter town to continue my trip.
Coming in the back way is a little tricky. You must pay close attention to the signs they have posted.
Petit déjeuner varié, les plats sont globalement bons.
Pas eu le temps de tester la piscine, ça semblait bien!
L’ascenseur est un peu lent, la préparation des plats est aussi un peu lent, les fruits au petit déjeuner sont trop réfrigérés et sont donc moins bons, c’est dommage.
La ambilidad del personal.
Que no me respetaron los desayunos incluidos como yo los había pagago y terminaron haciendome cargo adicional pese a haber sido confirmado con Booking.com que eran gratis.
La habitación amplia, el desayuno buffet rico y variado, la vista a los volcanes. Limpio en todas las áreas. El personal sumamente servicial y amable. Si viajas con alguien en silla de ruedas como en mi caso este lugar es la opción ya que los espacios en todo el hotel facilitan su acceso.
Que el estacionamiento es valet parking pero nos dieron la opción de poder estacionar nuestro vehículo nosotros.

El hotel limpio y cómodo.
La ubicación, para subir o bajar en el elevador necesitabas tu llave de habitación y eso es algo incómodo.
El desayuno muy rico... la ubicación es buena en una zona tranquila, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable. iremos a este hotel cada vez que vayamos a Puebla.
