Good value, quiet and clean room
Pros:

Good value, quiet and the room was clean. Good breakfast.

Cons:

It is a very isolated location. There is a Mexican restaurant down the street but other than that you have to travel a ways to find something else. Not what you want to do after driving for a long period of time.

Pros:

Location is great right off the highway but was not noisy. There are a lot of business nearby but the hotel had a printout of a number of local food options just a few minute drive.. Highly recommend the Creekside! Staff were all friendly and helpful and accommodating. Common areas and room were clean. Bed was comfy.
They offered free bottles of water and lemon water in the lobby.
We did not have breakfast as we had a late night and slept in.
We would definitely use this hotel when we are in the area again.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

Nice front desk staff

Cons:

Everything was dingy. The outside doors were not even so they had huge gaps so hallway light traveled into the room. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the doors didn’t shut or lock.
Check out at 12pm. Three different workers were knocking on the door by 10am to see if we left yet.

Loud, not in good repair
Pros:

The staff was friendly during our stay. They had complimentary ice cream for the kids.

Cons:

The first room we were given has a faulty heater, making it way too loud (over 70db, I measured). We were moved to another room. The neighbors were so loud so we requested to switch. The manager at the desk said he knows who the neighbors are and, indeed, he was about to call the police on them because they were too many for the room (then why would he place a family with two little kids right next door??) Also the door to that room had such a gap that it was no wonder that the noise was not at all blocked (and it felt unsafe). The manager said he would comp the night for all the inconvenience and now it’s over a week later and they’re still “confirming details”. I tried to submit a review earlier but was blocked until I contacted booking’s customer service. We were in town for a kids sports event that we’ll likely attend next year, but we will definitely stay somewhere else.

Very nice large room, clean and neat. Perfect for what we needed for a night.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional for being included with the room. The cinnamon rolls were 🔥, delish!

Cons:

The room card didn’t work the first time, had to go back downstairs to reactivate, but other than that staff was very friendly and receptive.
