Overall, it was a nice stay & would strongly consider staying at Holiday Inn again in the future
Pros:

Friendly & responsive staff. Nice room was generously sized. Comfortable bed with soft pillows. Hot tub & pool were enjoyable. Good breakfast with great selections. Hotel was easy to get to; close to freeway.

Cons:

Had trouble with in-room safe & room door not opening. Tub could have a better non-slip surface. Opaque window blind was difficult to operate; when lowered it would just fall all the way down. Exercise room & Pool could have been cleaner; found hair ball in the pool. Pool towels were not adequately stocked.

While the beds were comfortable, the rest of the experience was disappointing.

Cons:

The pool and especially hot tub were dirty and in disrepair. The staff were not friendly. We had to ask multiple times for towels and the staff seemed bothered by the request. The room smelled terrible like wet towels or mold.

Pros:

The property, as its name suggests, lacks quality. For instance, there’s a broken tile at the entrance of the room that hasn’t been replaced in a while, which isn't ideal for children using the bathroom. Additionally, the carpets are not well-maintained. The parking area is also quite unpleasant. However, the front desk staff is great.

Cons:

Multiple cars were damaged in the parking lot, and no one took responsibility for it. Even management didn’t call back or show any courtesy. Since the camera is not working, we need to prove the damage to the insurance company.

A comfortable stay.
Pros:

The rooms were a nice size and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the seating area fit a decent amount of guests. The hotel is conveniently located near highways.

The door to the room there is a large opening you can see into the room and hallway. Needs to be fixed! You can hear the people in the room that was an adjoining room should be more insulated.

Did the job for a family who needed only one night, traveling early next morning.
Pros:

The room was renovated. Gas station and Wendy’s next door. CVS and Chipotle in the area, conveniently located.

Cons:

The lobby and halls look a little outdated. This was one of the smaller locations. Not very luxurious.

Cons:

The HVAC unit would only blow cold air. The temperature controls on the unit under the window did not work. The thermostat on the wall did not make any differences. Brought it to front desk attention. No service was called. Very uncomfortable. The hotel Management was apologetic but could not offer a refund due to booking through here.
