Staff was very friendly
No complaints
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. Close to food. Very nice place to stay.
We were in Chickasha for a sports tournament & decided to book a room to stay. I picked the hotel based on having an indoor pool & hot tub. We checked in, no prob. The room was clean & tidy. Tiffany at check in was super friendly. We went to look at the pool & it was disgusting. Looks filthy but it’s bc the concrete is very chipped & in need of repair. The hot tub was covered with a tarp & yellow cones surrounded it. We decided not to check out. We booked through Expedia so we could not get a refund. I would not recommend this hotel.
It was all good
It’s was great
Average experience
Disappointed that rooms are not better maintained - mold and hard water stains in bathroom.
The staff was so friendly and was really great. The hotel was full the night I stayed and it was so quiet! The room was clean and so nice. I will definitely stay again!
Great service! Enjoyed our stay!
the room was excellent. I enjoyed the extra large TV. The bed was just the right firmness and teh room was very quiet.
The front desk folks were very friendly and accommodating! However it is very apparent that the owners do not invest and keep up the property but yet still charge the normal premium rates. My # 1 priority due to back issues is a hotel with a hot tub. A hot tub is advertised however although is not functioning and apparently has not functioned for some time yet it is still advertised as such.Furthermore the pool I initially thought had algae growing it looked so bad but it needs resurfacing very badly. The room was nice and cool but the rest of the building is much warmer. I also noticed that the usually very well stocked snacks and necessities you find in most hotels was at a bare minimum.
I booked this hotel because they have a hot tub but after check in found out it doesn’t work. Breakfast was terrible. My ac went out in my room so it was hot all night. Would not stay here again.
No stars for this hotel! Forced to give one to post…
Our stay was unfortunately the worst HIE experience. We travel a lot and have stayed at many HIE hotels without issue and have been happy until our stay in Chickasha. The room was dirty, bathroom had hair, dirt on the floor and in the tub. A dirty washcloth hung on the shower curtain bar.
The pool was not clean. Traveling with 2 of our granddaughters, we looked forward to a swim. But none of us wanted to get in.
The biggest issue was in the morning, we noticed a homeless couple in the parking lot, with all their worldly possessions in a wagon and a dog on a rope. Not troublesome in itself. But as we left our room on the second floor to go to breakfast, the woman from the parking lot was wandering our hallway with the dog. We then saw her in the food area (dog too) loading up plates which she took outside. We felt this was not a safe and secure environment for our granddaughters.
The breakfast room was also very dirty.
We are very disappointed and truly feel we did not get what we paid for. Would not recommend a stay here.
The property was easily found. We had late check in and the July 4th celebration went on into the early morning…about 1am. Our room was comfortably cool and appeared to be clean. However, we spilled a few drops of coffee on the entry floor, used the bathroom washcloth to clean the floor and we were amazed at the dirt on our wash cloth. The hours of breakfast are from 6 to 10. We did not get down till 9:15…very little was left. Cheese omelettes were brought out after we complained.
It was decent for an older hotel.
Worst Holiday Inn Express ever! First room reeked of cigarette smoke. Had to change rooms. New room was clean however the towels were horribly stained and disgusting. (See photos) Oil workers partying in a dark corner of the parking lot They didn’t bother us but the next morning they had just left all their trash of beer cans and empty cases on the ground. There was a dumpster just feet away. The front desk guy was very nice and accommodating when we complained of smoke smell but he’s the only positive of this dump of a hotel that cost $200/night.
Received upgraded room since reserved room was not available. Front desk was very friendly and helpful
The room was extremely hot. The man came up, told us basically he could do nothing to help. There were no fans. The room was not very clean. We found zin packets in 2 of the 3 rooms.
